There were incredible days, clean house, good location, we had a wonderful reception, we regret the good house being adapted para elderly, there is no access ramp and in the description it said that it had a suite downstairs, hand had it. But everything else was wonderful.

The house is perfect for those who want to work or just spend a vacation. It's exactly like in the photos and it's very close to the beach. Close to everything. The host is extremely polite and helpful. One of the best Airbnb services I've ever had, personally or with friends. I would definitely recommend it and I will be back.

Casa otima. We are in 3 families. We hired an employee indicated by Alana and Oswaldo. Her name is Lili and she helped us mto. That was great. Very spacious house and otima to go with a child.

The house matches the listing exactly. Very well equipped, clean and organized. The reception was great. We had useful information already left by the owners. And we had a flexible check-in time, making our arrival even easier. We were very satisfied and it is certainly a place I would return to.

We had an extremely positive experience during our stay at Mr. Assis, located on the beach of Presídio, near the beach and almost beside the Hotel Jangadeiro. The location is excellent, providing easy access to the sea and other points of interest in the region. The house is very well cared for, clean and equipped with everything you need for days of comfort and tranquility. All kitchen appliances work perfectly, and there are new air-conditioning in every room, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The outdoor area has a great barbecue and a sports space with a soccer field and volleyball, which made the children happy. We would also like to highlight the hospitality of the landlord. Mr. Assis was extremely helpful, kind and considerate, always available to answer questions and promptly meet any needs that have arisen. It was a very happy weekend for the whole family, full of good times. Reco

Excellent experience, spotless home. It is suggested to exchange Air conditioning for more modern and economical models, because in the end the energy bill is expensive. But I would come back and recommend it . Nothing but the suggestions pointed out. Zero regret of the house. Super recommended

Thoughtful, helpful, welcoming hosts. We weren't just greeted, we were welcomed. I've been to other accommodations, but in this one, I didn't feel “just one guest.” The house was clean and was lovingly arranged to receive us: available towels and sheets, bedding, pillows, fan; bathroom with toilet paper and disinfectant; kitchen with coffee maker, blender, stove, refrigerator, cutlery, glasses, cups, 3 pots and as a kindness, we were provided with water for own consumption and a coffee. Luckily, Mrs. Madu's neighbor (as she likes to be called) works as a taxi driver and was always on hand to take us to the tours, at a fair price.

Extremely spectacular house! The House matches exactly as in the listing, Mario made me completely comfortable in the house, and his caretaker, Mr. Milton, was always very helpful and proactive! The location is wonderful, close to supermarkets and restaurants, the police station is very close, giving an even greater sense of security for the days of the stay. I'll definitely be back soon. The house needs a little maintenance in the outdoor area, painting only. Note: Do not rent with the intention of throwing a party, it was my birthday and I put a band on at 6 p.m., only for the guests, even so, even within the hours allowed by national law, Porto das Dunas has a municipal law that any complaint about sound, takes the police to the door of the house, so it's better to avoid loud noise!!

We loved staying at Aluízio's house! He was always helpful and very kind. The house is very good, very comfortable and great for relaxing with the family. The kitchen is well equipped, we didn't miss any utensils. It was me and my three brothers with their respective families and we all enjoyed it very much. We hope to return in the future!

We appreciate the warm reception and welcome during our stay. Mr. Lúcio e D. Socorro who have always been attentive, making our experience more comfortable. The house has a great structure, with a lovely view, a well-planned outdoor area and a pleasant pool. The kitchen is well equipped, making it easy to stay. However, to ensure the announced, more careful maintenance must be done, as we notice mold in some environments, infiltration marks in one of the rooms, which affected an asthmatic guest. Also, the air conditioners need maintenance, and one of them did not refrigerate. The acquisition of a washing machine would help in the conservation of bed linen and the towels that sometimes smelled of mold. Despite this, we highlight the dedication of the team, which ensured a pleasant stay. We greatly appreciate the affection and support of Lúcio e Socorro.

I had a very good stay with Felipe. The house is cozy, well located and comfortable. Felipe was a great host, always attentive and willing to make sure my experience was the best possible. The communication was excellent, and he gave me great tips about the region. As a suggestion, I would recommend the installation of air conditioned in the rooms or the improvement of the mattresses, but this in no way prevented us from enjoying the house and the wonderful beach in the front. Yanka was very attentive from the beginning to the end of the stay, always very attentive to messages. The house was perfect for my event. The only bad point was the way to get to the house, the streets are very precarious we almost couldn't get there by car, and at night there is no lighting on the street. Apart from that external part, everything was perfect, air-conditioning, swimming pool, kitchen items, nothing was missing. I highly recommend it.

I really enjoyed my vacation at this house. I felt safe and everything is near. I certainly will comeback in my next vacation.
