Very quiet, strategically well located on the Island with easy access to the beaches. Fast and stable internet. Your pet will be welcome (the condominium charges R$50. You will love my space because this in the middle of the Atlantic Forest, on the hill overlooking the Lagoa da Conceição and the sea. The house has a pool, decorated by a known set designer in the Brazilian scene, with large comfortable spaces. . My space is good for couples, group of friends and families (with children).
