Holiday rentals with lake access in Praia do Siriú

We had a long stay working remotely, the house is beautiful and quiet. Ideal for families or couples. You can walk to the beach. We had two markets and a gym nearby. It is also minutes away from Praia do Rosa and Garopaba. We used Uber as we went without a car. The house is great for a good vacation, more beautiful in person.

Second time when my family and I stayed at Daniela's house. Charming place. On the edge of the sea, the noise of the waves, the pleasant balcony integrated with the living room, the private beach where you can swim, ride sup or simply contemplate the sunset. It was another perfect family weekend!

Sergio is a wonderful host—very kind, attentive, and quick to respond to any questions. The stay was extremely comfortable, as the house had absolutely everything one might need. The location is fantastic, although it might be a bit challenging for those who aren’t physically prepared—but it’s still quite accessible. The view from the window is absolutely breathtaking—it's hard to imagine anything better. Thank you so much, Sergio, for your warm hospitality and for making our stay so pleasant and memorable!

Ishbel's place is a wonderful natural sanctuary in Floripa. The gardens, pool, and amazing views all made our stay memorable. Ishbel was a great host who communicated everything well, and I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Oi Soraia. Great stay. We spent a very good holiday at this location. The apartment has an ideal size for a couple and a child. But the strong point is the external space of the condominium with a very large green area and a very good infra. Deixo only a suggestion regarding the check-out time because at 10 am it is too early for those who are enjoying a rest. It could be extended to 12 hours at least, or else there is a flexibility, even because, I think that hardly another guest would occupy the property soon after the holiday ends. This is as a suggestion. In addition, everything perfect.

Perfect location and close to beach, trails, town, nightlife, and one of the most places in Florianopolis! I highly recommended it. Chris gave us great tips on what to do and where to go.

Cozy apartment, new furniture, and everything very organized, impeccable cleaning with towels and bedding that were super-scented. Otima location and Dona Rozangela was extremely helpful throughout our stay. We'll be back for sure!

Wonderful location and host!

The accommodation offers everything one could want for a relaxing holiday: very nice, perfectly equipped rooms with spacious terrace, an exotic garden, beaches, as far as the eye can see. The hosts are responsive at all times, extremely warm and helpful.

The place is wonderful. Well located, has restaurants near and beach as well. I loved the site and the cottage. Sure, we'll be back again. :D

The house is great, well equipped and very cozy. The space of the site is large and very well taken care of, has animals, two cows to feed, birds and hummingbirds and two fishing hills - the house has fishing rods and bait. Great to go with children, my daughter loved the animals and the fishing. Clécio (host) always responds very quickly and is very attentive. I recommend, great and beautiful place.

Our stay was wonderful, the house is spacious, comfortable, very well equipped, clean and the place is beautiful! We were very well received with a table set with homemade bread, cake and jam. It was a great experience, we will return more often.

We had an excellent weekend, among friends, in Gustavo's beautiful house. Everything is of great quality, extremely clean, spacious and with all the amenities you would expect. Gustavo and his staff's service was also top-notch. We hope to return with the families.

The Refúgio da Preguiça in Águas Mornas is an excellent place for a weekend of tranquility. The highlight of the property is undoubtedly the river that flows alongside it, the sound of running water creates a relaxing atmosphere and, in summer, it should be perfect for cooling off. The house is well equipped, with complete utensils and a wood stove, ideal for preparing typical winter dishes. The outdoor ground fire was perfect for gathering friends around the campfire. Marileia, the attentive hostess, was always attentive to our needs. We highly recommend it!

Everything was fine, house with very well-equipped kitchen, good air conditioning, fireplace, barbecue in the gourmet area, very good, had a wood stove next to it but we didn't get to use it, very good sauna, large jacuzzi, good, I don't know if I didn't figure out how to turn on the jets or if it wasn't working. A very beautiful view. Very good gas-heated water system, comfortable rooms, good showers, in short, it is a well-structured house for those who want to relax with family and friends. We stayed with 3 couples and 2 children and a baby, it was very good. Oh, there's a foosball table, we play a lot, we have a lot of fun, and we also play cards.
