Come and spend a few days in the warmth and tranquility that only a beach house can offer. Simple but complete house on the main street with a grocery store 50 meters away. It is not a place for parties or events. The beach has no exit to the street, it is for you. The property has two independent houses, you stay on the ground floor, at the beach level, with the garage and the balcony with barbecue. The upstairs house is usually uninhabited, when there is someone it is an elderly couple.

We have access to the beach, this access is shared with our guests from 3 other houses, which we also rent. The house is perfect for families or friends looking for ease and comfort near the sea. We are also located close to good restaurants, pharmacies, markets and other shops. Campeche Island is our postcard, with a beautiful and enchanting sunrise.

Anyone falls in love with my space, lush nature, wild birds like toucans, aracuãs, blue-winged teals, canaries and thrushes. You can taste seafood and oysters raised on farms near my place. The place is pleasantly calm and ideal for those who want to relax. We are an Azorean community.
