Come spend amazing days in this well-located and cozy apartment. Close to the beach and shopping center with excellent infrastructure, you can arrive in 2 minutes by car or if you prefer, do everything on foot! We offer an apartment with high-quality, comfortable, decorated, practical planned furniture for a functional and safe stay. The suite is closed, we do not rent it out. Means of transportation here is also excellent, Uber, 99, bus, etc. Access from 10 to 20 minutes to other beaches, trails, dunes, water park!

Ideal for families who want to stay by the sea. Newly built building, less than 5 minutes from the English center. All rooms overlook the sea. Two bedrooms with air-conditioning. Suite with balcony to watch the sunrise, literally inside the sea. In the other bedroom, we have a double bed. In the living room, there is a sofa bed. The kitchen is complete, including a water purifier. It accommodates up to 6 people, we charge an extra fee for 4 or more people. Garage for 1 small car.
