The apartment is really right on the sand with magnificent views of the garden and the SEA. Approx. 100 steps from the sea!! We've been renting the apartment for over 6 years on Airbnb. We've had more than 300 families stay with us. Maximum Airbnb rating! Over the course of this time, we have acquired expertise in hosting. We have contracts with a laundry, an air-conditioning company, and a "handyman" who is available 24 hours a day. The cleaning staff is excellent, they've been with us since the beginning.

The bathrooms are large and airy. The balcony is spacious, overlooking the lawn and has a barbecue and sink. The house accommodates up to 5 people.

The house is very comfortable and in perfect harmony with nature, in gated community and 24h security. The outdoor area has a large garden with palm trees, coconut palms and fruit trees. The barbecue place and table on the balcony allow a perfect integration between all guests, whether inside the house, in the garden, the pool and wet bar. The beach, which is 200m away from the house, is clean, flat and with crystal clear water, with moderate waves.

Charming house, well ventilated, with a beautiful garden. Comfortably accommodates 10 people. It has broadband internet, as well as a balcony, hammocks and a barbecue kiosk. Located in block H of the Costa do Sol condominium in Guaratuba, the house is less than a 5-minute walk to the beach. Check-in and check-out are at 12 p.m., and the condominium does not allow loud noise after 10 p.m.
