Lots of peace and... THE SEA IN THE BACKYARD. Have days of tranquility by the sea. House with yard and space to gather the family, less than 50 meters from the beach, next to Itapeva National Park. The house is next to the Itapeva National Park reserve, which extends to Guarita beach in Torres. Great for hiking and sightseeing. The integrated living room and kitchen allow moments of interaction between the group that is in the house and it is super easy to organize. Smart TV in the living room. Barbecue grill.

This is a large and comfortable studio! 30 m² (323 sq. ft.), well-lit, and equipped with amenities. Located at the back of the owners' residence but with a separate entrance. Located 400 meters from Praia dos Molhes and 100 meters from the Gastronomic Route. There are utensils for preparing light meals, but if you prefer, the best restaurants in the city are nearby!
