New and complete apartment, next to the sea of Palmas with Wi-Fi and 3 smart TVs, washer and dryer and frost free refrigerator, garage for 1 car covered and parking for another car. It is on the second floor and has no elevator and the balcony has no safety net. It does not have a barbecue. It has split air-conditioning in both bedrooms. It has mosquito screens on the windows. There are no beach items.

The kitchen is complete, including a water purifier. It accommodates up to 6 people, we charge an extra fee for 4 or more people. Garage for 1 small car.
