Our stay in Capão da Canoa was excellent! We were looking for a quiet place to really rest, and Ramon's apartment met our needs. The location is great, we did everything on foot, the listing corresponds exactly to the photos. Ramon was always attentive and helpful, which made all the difference. The condominium is very clean and organized, and the janitor deserves to be highlighted, super kind and available. We were very pleased and recommend the apartment for those who want to relax in comfort and practicality. We'll definitely be back. Thank you, Ramon!

Exactly, the same as the images. Great location and sea view! All very clean and organized, neat bedding and towels, super-equipped kitchen. The only point is that we couldn't take a hot bath in the suite shower, but as there were two others, we didn't even call on José Alan, but I'm sure it would support us as it was since the rental. I highly recommend it!

The apartment is excellent, very well located, close to everything, I didn't have to take the car out of the garage. Alias large garage, easy to access. The apartment is complete, has everything you need, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, Airfryer, barbecue... in short, complete. The building has a fantastic structure, swimming pool and a terrace to take a Chima, read a book, or just rest and enjoy the view. check in and check out super quiet. The house is fantastic, everything impeccable and very organized! The water is potable and does not smell bad, not to mention the good pressure in the showers. Hosts respond quickly, very welcoming environment to relax with the family, a very large patio and the advantage of accepting pets (we don't travel without ours.)
