Designed by Carlos Lemos, our house is one-story, spacious, and super bright. Situated on a plot of land with a privileged view of the sea and the mountains. It is surrounded by the Atlantic Forest, with few neighbors, about 500 meters from the beach. The house is well equipped with a full kitchen and laundry room, and has fast internet (100Mb) with Wi-Fi in all rooms. The living room has a fireplace and the balcony outdoor area is quite large with a deck, hammocks and a portable barbecue.

Our place is new and designed to create a relaxing environment for guests! We have beach chairs, a cooler, barbecue utensils, a full kitchen and TVs with streaming so you can enjoy your trip to the fullest! We are 300 meters from Perequê Mirim Beach, 750 meters from Santa Rita Beach (via trail) and 900 meters from Enseada. Downtown Ubatuba is a 15-20 minute drive. The region also has a number of restaurants and amenities nearby, and it is possible to do everything on foot!

Relax in this quiet, cozy ocean view accommodation, 3 minutes from the cove beach, calm, ideal for swimming. House with shared entrance. Environment with lots of nature. We do not accept loud noise, disorder or animals. In the village, there is a child, a cat and a gentle dog. Access via a dirt road, no garage, the street is very quiet to leave the car. Not suitable for children, people with mobility issues, has stairs, and balcony without protection, for the view.
