The stay in the apartment was great, the air is only in the living room but it leaves everything super cold, the house very functional and fits up to 5 people, in addition to being 1 block of the beach is close to everything but maintains the silence for not being stuck in the center of capão. Lidiane was very receptable and responded extremely fast, in addition to being very flexible with check-in and checkout times. The only negative point that does not have a washer / dryer or tank to wash the laundry, I found it bad if you spend more days or have more people in the apartment, but everything met expectations!

We had an excellent stay, the bungalows comfortable and clean, beautiful location in front of the beach, Fabio was very attentive and kind, he prepared us quickly to enter. I recommend it!

the apartment is AMAZING...the view then is SPECTACULAR!!! the impression that one has...is that one is in the sea!!! the apartment is large and well ventilated, the kitchen is equipped with everything we need to have a great stay, all well clean. manoela is super sweetheart and answers everything very quickly! mrs. Marcia showed and explained everything right, and to any doubt...Manoela promptly answered me. only the garage that is really small, as mentioned in the ad by them...but my husband managed to put our Tracker on it. we had great chek-in and chek-out flexibility! were incredible days...the spectacle that is to stand on the balcony, following the beautiful sunrise...is magnificent!!!!! though that anytime look at that sky....that marzão....was always of such beauty!!!...were very special days that will remain forever in our memory and in our photos and videos!!!!! super indico and for sure...as soon as we have a chance, we'll be back!!!!

Amanda's home and her family is spectacular. Great for pleasant family time. Super spacious, well-equipped with cookware and super-equipped for the activities that the house provides. The great location is also. Near the beach and near the city center. The beach is quiet, the neighborhood quiet and family friendly. Everything is fine, I did not remember that it is a single environment but it is clear in the notice. All the other,well and I forgot one detail:there are 3 folding chairs and 1 umbrella available to take to the beach,that's great! And the covered garage with a remote control gate!

The place is spacious and very neat. It has spacious spaces for the whole family. Swimming pool and beachfront home. Nearby amenities. I recommend it for summer for the type of beach. Just as a suggestion I would add 2 more chairs in the dining table since the house is for 8 and there were 6 chairs. For people who are going from afar maybe they could offer extra cost linens, towels and bed coat

From check-in to check-out was all easy. Great location, close to restaurant, market, fuel station and pharmacy. The first time I rent a place on the beach with a comfortable mattress and shower running perfectly, without needing to pray to heat up kkkk. We love your stay and plan to come back next summer.
