Loved this place. Perfect if you’re staying in the area and want access to the beach or good food. It’s a great location and the host is superb at responding to questions and giving recommendations

Värden var mycket trevlig och välkomnande. Vi har trivts så bra. Stort tack till Simoës och vi kommer definitivt att bo där nästa gång.

Nous avons passé quelques jours dans l’appartement de Nathy qui a une vue magnifique sur l’océan. Le logement est impeccable et très bien décoré . Nathy nous a super bien accueilli à notre arrivée et nous a communiqué toutes les informations nécessaires pour nous permettre de passer un bon séjour. Et aussi, nous avons eu un panier garni de douceur, vin, pain et autres . Je recommande ce logement très bien situé et exceptionnel avec cette vue magnifique sur la mer et à 5 minutes à pied pour aller à la plage.

We had a wonderful stay at Paula’s charming apartment in Cascais! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen well-stocked, and we loved having a drink on the balcony in the evenings. The location is perfect — just a short walk to the beach, the marina, and plenty of great restaurants and cafés on your doorstep. Cascais is a lovely town, and this Airbnb made it even better. Our host was incredibly friendly and responsive, offering great local recommendations. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to relax by the coast while still being close to Lisbon. We'd definitely come back!

Für unsere 3 Tage in Cascais eine ruhige und großzügig ausgestattete Unterkunft. Fußläufig sind Restaurants, Strand und Bahnhof gut zu erreichen. Kommunikation mit Mars hervorragend und schnell, eingeschlossen Empfehlungen für Unternehmungen. Einziges Manko war die Frühstücksbeschreibung - wir hatten WG-Feeling (bedeutet: immer der gleiche ist verantwortlich für Geschirrspüler ausräumen, abspülen ect.). Beim nächsten Mal würde ich entweder auswärtig frühstücken oder tatsächlich im Zimmer.

The place is very cute and the beach and how open and undeveloped the beach was is unlike anywhere else. We did three days of surf lessons from Caeser who is literally 100ft from the house down the beach and there is surfing right out your front door with board and wetsuit rentals.. The town itself is a little bleak and there wasn't much to do and we found if the weather was bad restaurants close very early (like 6pm) so just make sure to find out times if you are planning on eating out for dinner. Our family of four was in love (2 boys ages 7 and 10) but my in laws came too who are in their early 80s. I clearly wasn't thinking bc the walk to the house is through the sand and hard to navigate, my mother in law also couldn't get over the sand dune to go to the beach, and the stairs in the house are more like a ladder. so it's wonderful for able bodies but if you have someone with special needs it may not be suitable. but otherwise if you love surfing, beautiful sunsets book it!

This was a very peaceful place. It’s right in the dunes and you can hear the ocean. Good place if you want to stay in the cabana and relax for a few days.

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa da Falesia. We were welcomed to the house by Renato and his wife. They were extremely helpful, explaining all the house details and giving us advice about the surroundings, places to visit, where to eat (we went 3 times to Tia Rosa) and buy essentials . The house is fully equipped, and even if there is no air conditioning, it kept cool and comfortable the whole stay, even if the temperatures outside were quite high (32C). The beach is three minutes away, by walk, accessible by a stair that goes down an amazing cliff, resembling a star wars scenery. The location was perfect for us, as it allow us to do some birding excursions at the trails of Lagoa de Sto André, and to the bird observation tower at Praia de Melides. It’s also close to Comporta, where you can find some nice designer shops (even if quite expensive), and Troia, where you can find a beautiful beach, where swimming is less challenging. We do hope to return one day.

Located on the beach (first line), within walking distance (5 min) to several restaurants on the marina. Spacious 2 bedroom flat on the 3rd floor wtih lift access. Large balcony with table and chairs, with direct sea view (sunset), and if you're lucky like we were, you might get to see dolphins. All Basic Kitchen utensils available. 2x Allocated parking spaces. Access to shared pool, including a children's pool. There is a mini market within 5 min walk, however if you are planning to cook, I would recommend shopping before you get there - Alcácer, Setúbal or Sines (depending on where you are coming from). You can easily get to Setúbal via Catamaran or Ferry. Comporta is located less than 20 min drive away. The host was responsive and helpful. We had a great time during our stay and planning to return! 🙂

We had a lovely stay here, the apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. August and Teresa were fantastic hosts making sure we were okay and gave us recommendations. The pool was a real bonus, especially on warm days and when the beaches were busy. It’s also in a great location for exploring the area, with easy access to both Lisbon and Cascais. Would happily recommend!

Apartamento muito acolhedor. Espaço impecavelmente limpo e com tudo o que era preciso. O contacto foi direto com a D. Sidónia que se mostrou muito prestável, muito atenciosa e muito simpática. Muito próximo da praia, apesar que com um bebé, ir de carro é mais cómodo visto que o apartamento se encontra numa zona mais alta. Piscina em muito boas condições, com espreguiçadeiras disponíveis e muito calma. Noites tranquilas sem barulho no edifício.

Lovely stay. Sonia met us on arrival And was very helpful checking us in. Apartment had a lovely view. Was a steep walk back from the beach but we didn’t mind this but just keep in mind. There are some great restaurants near by. We reccomend tacos pexito for a chilled lunch, and Casa Mateus or O bagel for dinner. Look forward to visiting again. Thanks

The property might lack kerb appeal from the front but the private outdoor space at the rear, with lovely views and with the bonus of a lovely small pool to cool off in on hot days is fabulous The accommodation itself was well equipped and a good size and also remained lovely and cool, no matter how hot it was outside. The location is good and you can walk down to the beach and many restaurants in about 10/15 minutes, although be prepared for a lot of stairs on the walk back up. Would definitely recommend.

Appartment is close to the fantastic beaches of Tróia. Small supermarket within walking distance with a café serving great espresso and nata. Hosts are very responsive, helpful and caring.

You are one block away from one of the most incredible views that we saw while in Lisbon. The suite was just what we needed for our multi-generational family trip. Enough room to play and lots of spots to find a quiet space. We were close to the Metro and a few of the bigger monuments in Lisbon, while also far enough away to have a calm moment. The backyard pool was perfect for the hot days and long days when we just needed a little recoop.

Excelente escolha em Sesimbra; Simpatia e boa comunicação na reserva, no check-in e check-out, com indicações úteis para chegar ao apartamento. O apartamento é confortável e está muito bem cuidado, na manutenção, limpeza e decoração. A vista é deslumbrante!

Excelente estadia para relaxar do dia a dia atarefado! Silencioso, com vista mar incrível, as fotografias não fazem jus à beleza do que os olhos veem! A D. Rosa foi muito simpática e recebeu nos maravilhosamente bem! Sempre disposta a ajudar! A Rita foi muito generosa e querida, desde o início até ao final da estadia! A casa tem acesso direto à praia o que facilita toda a dinâmica. Sem stress: é só pegar nas coisas e descer as escadas! Um acrescento incrível para quem não quer ter preocupações com estacionamento! Na zona local o estacionamento é gratuito! Localização incrível! A 8-10 min a pé dos principais restaurantes! Para mim 10/10! Recomendo vivamente e irei voltar! Obrigada pelas recomendações Rita! 💖

We enjoyed our visit to Cascais. The apartment is in a great spot, very close to everything and restaurants were a 3 minute walk away, but not so close that you could hear any commotion. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful day & night(I’m a light sleeper and had no issue) Bed was comfortable and shower had great water pressure. Washer and Dryer was a huge plus. I enjoyed terrace in the evening w/ a glass of wine, thank you Ricardo!! Our fav restaurants were Mana & Cantina Clandestina both run by same owner, but food was very good and the mixed drinks and staff had us coming back. We took an Uber to Guincho Beach, it was beautiful beach, prepare for wind! I would def stay at Home in Cascais and would return. Great stay for 2 people, maybe 3, if a child under 10? Thank you, Ricardo for being a great host who’s communication is very fast.

Jose’s place was exactly as described, the location was great, the balcony was fantastic and the apartment was clean and comfortable with all the amenities you could need. Sesimbra is a beautiful spot and Jose’s place was a great home base.

We had an amazing time in this spectacular apartment. The photos don't do it justice. We were greeted by the hosts, who were very helpful and attentive throughout the stay. We had a great time snorkeling/ scuba diving in the sea, with lots of interesting marine life to see. The food and restaurants were lovely, with various options to choose from. All the people we met were incredibly friendly. It was easy to travel to from Lisbon via taxi, but may pose a slight challenge to access if you have mobility difficulties, as it is up a hill and accessible via road or several flights of stairs from the beach. Overall, I would definitely recommend visiting this amazing apartment and Sesimbra! We hope to return!

Das Appartmentn befindet sich direkt an der Strandpromenade von Sesimbra und hat einen herrlichen Ausblick aufs Meer. Erreichbarkeit mit dem Auto war sehr gut da eine grosse Garage im Gebäude zur Verfügung steht. Das Appartement ist toll eingerichtet, vollständig und sauber. Da wir nur eine Nacht hier verbrachten (Aufgrund von Verspätungen), hatten wir keine Möglichkeit die Umgebung und Altstadt zu erkunden. Unser Eindruck war jedoch sehr positiv, sodass wir bei einem neuerlichen Besuch hier mehr Zeit einplanen werden. Zu guter letzt war die Kommunikation mit Tiago einfach toll.

Nous y avons séjourné 3 nuits et n’avions aucune envie de partir. C’était tout simplement un moment suspendu, seuls face à l’océan et protégés par les dunes. Idéal en famille, nous avons des enfants qui ont passé leur temps dehors. Nous reviendrons, c’est déjà prévu ! Merci pour cette opportunité.

Just 20 minutes by cab to Lisbon’s city center, but honestly… you might not even want to leave the area! You’re literally right at the beach—with top rated surf schools, bike rentals, beach clubs, beautiful cafés, parks, party spots, and anything else you could want all on the same road. Whether you’re looking to relax or explore, everything is right there. And when we had a little hiccup with the key? Our hosts were there in a heartbeat to help us out, no stress at all. You can really feel how much they care about their guests. Every detail, every message, every interaction—top notch. Warm, responsive, and truly genuine.
