Holiday rentals with beach access in Praia Xareu

The Matheus space is very well located, close to supermarkets, restaurants and a beautiful view of the sea. Comfortable, airy, excellent for rest. I and my family like it very much. I recommend it.

It was a very good experience, I recommend it. The location is very good and there is everything you need near the accommodation. The apartment was in excellent condition and matched the description.

If you are imagining waking up to the sound of the sea and opening the window with sunrise, this is the place. The house is in front of the beach, separated only by a gate and a few steps. Already from the pool it is possible to look at the sea. The house is inside a condo with 3 more units nearby but it is possible for each one to have their place. There are 3 complete suites and one more bedroom with bathroom underneath, equipped kitchen, barbecue, chair to take to the beach and if you still want the TH stall that is on the beach delivers snacks in the house for you to enjoy the day at the pool. The region of Praia de Sao Bento is still very local, with little for tourists, but it is possible to find a supermarket, farmacia and go to the restaurants with a 10 minute drive.

We liked it a lot, everything was very well taken care of, close to restaurants and shops in general, we will return more often and I recommend it.

The accommodation was simply wonderful! The apartment is beautiful, very well maintained and with a spectacular view. The kitchen is super complete, with all the utensils we need, which made it a lot easier during the stay. The condominium is very clean, organized and conveys a sense of security and comfort. And the hostess… speechless! Extremely helpful and attentive, with always very quick responses. I recommend with my eyes closed and we will definitely return!

One of the best stays in the last few years with the family. A very quiet family condominium with no loud sound or uneducated people. The house was impeccable, very clean and with everything that was needed. Flávio always very attentive and flexible. I felt at home and my parents and family loved it. Indico a todos! It was with a little daughter of 1 year and was provided crib as well.

We spent very pleasant days and the place met our expectations. Érico was the one who received us and was always very attentive. The location of the house is right in the sand, with an incredible look. The beach is excellent for children. It was a great choice and we would certainly return! Just a tip, don't forget the repellent, because there are mosquitoes, with such nature, there is no way to be different! ❤️

The house is sensational!! Fully equipped, with air conditioning in all rooms. 3 suites on the second floor and a bedroom on the ground floor with a bathroom in the front. Impeccable pool (super important at high tide) and access to the beach through the garden gate (a few meters to the deck to access the beach). A mind-blowing natural pool in front of the house (you can walk there at low tide) or, if you prefer, the natural pool of Patacho has raftsmen in front (cheaper than taking the raft further on). We went by rented car and still drove around the other beaches (all close) and took the tour to see the manatee (we saw 4). Nando's beachside bar for a juice, drink or snack. Anyway, we'll always come back :)

An amazing accommodation, I felt at home, everything was perfect. The house is simply comfortable and beautiful, a good location close to many things and a surreal view, beautiful, very attentive host. I highly recommend this accommodation🌴❤️.

Marcela's house is excellent for all ages: it has space for children to play, with a private pool and a beach volleyball court in front of it, and it is a "ground floor" house with the exception of 1 (one) bedroom, which facilitates the mobility of elderly people or people with disabilities. It has large and cozy spaces. The house is "on the sand" and has a sensational view of the beautiful Peroba Beach (excellent for physical activities and swimming in the sea). In addition, Sandra's recommendation was essential for our maximum comfort during the stay.

The house of Gutenberg, which we affectionately call "Schloss Gutenberg", is located on the sand, in the best point of Antunes beach, with direct access to one of the most beautiful beaches and landscapes of the Brazilian coast. The region is simply stunning — calm sea, clear sand and a breathtaking look. The house is very well built, spacious, well ventilated and with excellent natural lighting, which makes the stay very comfortable. In addition, the host and his wife were extremely attentive and helpful throughout our stay, always available to help with what was needed and committed to making sure everything happened in the best possible way. Thank you for your welcome, we recommend the space and we intend to return!

We went on a family trip to Maragogi. Two kids, my wife and I. The house is not brand new but it is fantastic. It is in a condo but is one of the best houses there as it has direct access to the beach, a 50 meter walk barefoot on a sandy path shaded by lush coconut trees. The grounds are meticulously kept by the condominium staff daily and there is 24 hour security with an on duty guard at all times. The pool, although small is verry nice, clean and well kept. It is an excellent complement to the beach so you can easily move from one to another. Next to the pool, a sandy volleyball court graces the grounds for a bit of family sport. We went in the low season on the week before easter. The temperatures were always above 30ºC and the water temperature was around the same you transit in and out of the water effortlessly which is amazing. The sheets and towels were spotless and of high standard and the beds were very comfortable. Well done Vitor and Rosana. I hope I can return someday.

Casinha 04 is an extremely cozy and comfortable space. We found exactly what was in the description, an organized space with all the necessary equipment to spend the days of carnival. The condominium is in front of the beach, which is super pleasant. In addition, it is very close to the center of Tamandaré and supermarkets. Priscila has always been available to solve our questions, a super host. We're already thinking back.

What a beautiful apartment! Very functional and even had a washing machine. Detail for bedding! Extreme quality. Equipped with 5 star hotels. Bed also very comfy! Maressa always kind in the questions we asked!Very quiet condominium. Especially for those who have children.

We had a fantastic stay! The location was absolutely amazing - excellent beach with wonderful outdoor areas to relax and enjoy. The apartment was exactly as described: clean, comfortable and well equipped. Djanira was friendly, always communicative, and helped with flexible check-in and check-out times, which made everything even easier. We were very well received, from the fruit basket, to the aroma of the flat, everything was thought out in every detail, high quality utensils, with varieties, as if it were our own home, the hosts were very receptive, gave us local tips, the flat is in a privileged area, 5 minutes from the Carneiros church, it has a reserved and calm beach, it has all the structure for those who are looking for peace and nature. The stay was very good, every detail is thought of for the guest's well-being, I have never stayed in an accommodation like this, we were very happy and satisfied!
