Quick communication. Early check in and check out was possible without hassle. As was a booking adjustment for a mistake I made (booked a little too long of a stay). Apartment was very clean and had everything we needed to feel at home. Internet was good enough for full hd streaming. All in all very good price, especially for the location. Near market and beach.

Overall, this was an amazing place to stay—spacious and clean. We have previously stayed at La Casita twice, and this experience has been the best so far. The wardrobe was well-equipped with plenty of hangers, and we appreciated the clean sheets and bath towels. However, there are a few areas that could use improvement: > A dustbin in the living room would be helpful. > Providing shower gel would be nice, especially since we arrived at night without any, while the previous stays had included it. > A clean sponge for washing utensils is necessary; the one next to the sink was quite dirty. > The A/C in the bedroom wasn't cooling as effectively as expected. I'm unsure of the cause, but the living room A/C was fantastic, which helped a lot. Overall, I would definitely return to this place; it's a fantastic apartment in a great location. A perfect stay with a view that could cure jet lag! I spent a few weeks in this apartment and honestly – I couldn’t have asked for a better place. Everything was spotless (I’m talking “eat-off-the-floor” clean), peaceful, and that view from the 23rd floor? Breathtaking. I could’ve stared at it for hours – and, let’s be honest, I often did. The location was super convenient – with shops and restaurants just around the corner. I never had to walk far for a good meal or some essentials. Derek was friendly and helpful – communication was easy and smooth the entire time. All in all, nothing to complain about. Just a lot to appreciate. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Hua Hin!

Great place to stay while I was in Huahin, close to so many places that I was able to just walk to and the facilities at the hotel were great, even did some cooking with the well stocked kitchen

It's a new building on soi 94. Walkable distance to one of the nightlife spots in Huahin. Free covered parking for motorbikes. Relatively quiet at night. The apartment is very clean. The kitchen is very well equipped. It has everything you need even for long-term stays. Very quiet AC units. The bed is comfy and you will even have a nice comforter! Sven is an excellent host. One of the best hosts I have ever dealt with during my 13 years on airbnb. Great reliable internet connection. I was getting at least 400/300. In my opinion, well worth the price. Highly recommended.

Great place, very clean and comfy

We had a great month at Samuel‘s condominium. The view from the balcony overlooking the pool and the ocean was fantastic. The condominium was reasonably well equipped, roomy and suited our needs perfectly. We did have to purchase a few items for the kitchen which we left at the condo. We were able to have 20 L containers of water delivered to the front desk when necessary and had free delivery of our groceries from the Pranburi Lotus supermarket. There were restaurants nearby and we used our bicycles to go places further afield. We would certainly consider returning there on a future trip!

We had a wonderful stay at this beachfront condo in Sam Roi Yot. The location is perfect just a short walk to the beach, making it ideal for a relaxing getaway. The unit was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. We drove there and found the parking to be easy and secure, which added to the convenience. The surrounding area is peaceful and quiet, offering a true escape from the city. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and convenient place.

Beautiful, peaceful, private place. Although old, it is very well maintained. The beach is clean and quiet. Suitable for traveling by private car. There is a 7-11 store not far from the accommodation. Suitable for both couples and families trip.

This place is a fantastic home away from home , situated in between happening beaches of Hua Hin and Cha-am. It's a lovely locality with very warm and hospitable locals and their restaurants and traditional massage centres. The Host too is very helpful,responsivea and so is the office staff. This apartment is quite a luxury and complete value for money. One of my favorite ones now, high on my recommendations for travelers seeking a mix of quiet time and a lot of beach fun. This is one rare find.

If I could give Emmy’s place 1000 stars, I would. I initially booked one week… and stayed 23 nights. That alone should tell you how special this space is. The unit is full of natural light, thoughtfully laid out, and just the right size for anyone traveling solo or looking to ground themselves. The views (beach, water, and even a glimpse of the mountains) are stunning. The building is part of a peaceful, beautifully maintained property with multiple condos and a beach club hotel just a 5-minute walk away. I loved the quiet, relaxed energy during the week, with easy access to food, Grab rides, and the convenience store nearby. But what truly made the experience exceptional was the people. The staff were kind, observant, and incredibly helpful. And Emmy… so thoughtful and responsive throughout. I only left because I had a pre-planned trip to Vietnam. If I’m ever back in this part of Thailand, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Highly recommend for a beautiful, quiet reset.

We stayed here for a month. Great location (apartment building is beach front) and is easy to settle into. Kritsada was always super quick to reply to our comms which is always appreciated!

We stayed in this nice apartment as a couple - and we enjoyed everything. Nice interior, comfortable bed, good equipment, everything clean . Location has been great, too. Central city, beach, restaurants everywhere, 7/11 just 50 meters away. Check-in was easy and also early check-in would have been available. Very kind and fast communication with Tolge. We booked this apartment for a month but we liked it so much that we cancelled our next hotel and booked this two weeks more. We can only recommend it to the future clients! The apartment itself is spacious and homely, where it was easy to stay with children. We loved the pool and that the area was peaceful. The staff took care of everything. The Sheraton hotel and its services were easily accessible. Only minus I can think is that there was mosquitos 🦟 so pretty much everything was just perfect for us to have a nice time with family. Host, Nok, is the most kindly and always willing to help if needed. Her sister Bee is took good care of us and the house. They fixed any issues with the speed and they even did our dishes while the dishwasher was being fixed. Thank you so much ❤️ We definitely will be back and take some friends with us!

We loved our stay at Sona's apartment and really didn't want to leave. The apartment itself is spacious, well appointed, nicely decorated and very comfortable. The resort's pool is incredible, with beautiful and well maintained gardens and grounds. There are lots of great restaurants nearby and Hua Hin town is a short "Bolt" ride away. Sona was a fantastic host - very friendly and super responsive to any questions we had. Sona's helper, Nu, is such a lovely and friendly person and helped make our stay fantastic. Thank you Sona! We hope to come back soon!

Everything was as expected. The building is a little older,but the pool is very nice and so is the apartment. From there it is not far to various restaurant,711,Cicada Nightmarket and the different beaches in Hua Hin.
