Beautiful view of the mountain peaks, meadows, pine trees and larchs. From the house you can make wonderful walks to the Maienfelderfurga, Schwifurga, Bärenalm, Stafelalp and Wiesen. Alpine skiing and mountain biking is also fantastic here. The house is located opposite the Rinerhorn, you can easily walk or drive to the ski lift .

Wander- und Bikewege sowie die Skipiste gleich neben dem Haus, falls genug Schnee und die Piste präpariert ist. Der Bahnhof Davos-Laret und er Schwarzsee ist in nur 10min zu Fuss erreichbar. Unsere Ferienwohnung liegt zentrumsnah (ca 15 Minuten zu Fuss zum Bahnhof) und doch in ruhiger Lage. Sie ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für viele Unternehmungen. In wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuss in der Badi (Sommer), dem Sportzentrum, Eisfeld (Winter), Tennisplatz, Spielplatz, Zwergenweg, einem kleinen Supermarkt und die Bushaltestelle ist gleich um die Ecke. (5 Minuten mit dem Bus zum Bahnhof und der Talstation Gotschnabahn). Die Langlauf-Loipe verläuft direkt hinter dem Haus.

Cozy mountain apartment on the sunny slope with a view. Welcome to our lovingly furnished 1 1/2-room apartment on the sunny slope of Tälfsch in the beautiful Prättigau in Graubünden. The apartment can accommodate couples, small families or solo travelers and invites you to linger with lots of charm and stunning views of the mountains. In summer, hiking trails start right at your doorstep. In winter, you can reach the ski resorts of Klosters-Davos and Grüsch-Danusa in a short time.

Charming idyll in the countryside

The apartment is on the second floor of our house and has been lovingly preserved and restored in the wood style. It is simply and stylishly furnished so that you feel right at home away from home. It is spacious and offers a large balcony with incredible views over the Prättigau with a view of Klosters at the back of the valley. The house is built on the southern slope and enjoys many hours of sunshine. Peace and tranquility are guaranteed here! Most comfortable for 4 guests.

The small (about 30 square meters) and cozy 2 1/2 room apartment is located on the sunny side just above Küblis near the hamlet of Tälfsch. The apartment is idyllically located on a farm. Also possible for an extra charge a crib, high chair etc. almost everything available! (Price on request). In winter, there is the possibility to ski or sled in nearby Klosters/Davos, Fideris (Heuberge) or Grüsch (Danusa). In summer there are many beautiful hiking trails and mountain lakes.

The Davos-Klosters region in the heart of the beautiful Grisons Alps offers a huge variety of leisure activities in both winter and summer. Ski holidays, family excursions, hikes, climbing tours, bike tours, etc. As a travel-loving, open and cosmopolitan character, I warmly welcome you all. I speak German, English, French and a little Italian.

Modern and cozy mountain apartment with a view

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.
