The cottage is located on the property of a 16th century manor, in a wine region close to La Charité sur Loire, Pouilly sur Loire, Sancerre... Equipped with a separate entrance, it has its own garden and adjoining laundry room. Completely restored we have decorated it by chinant and working with local materials. The ground floor includes a living room with kitchenette and shower room. The room is on a mezzanine level. Enjoy the peace and quiet and greenery!

On a private property of more than 3 ha, including our house and a small stable, the 35 m2 cottage is directly on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water and can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of a shower room, an equipped kitchen, a living room, a bedroom with a queen size bed and a mezzanine with two 90 beds. You will have a huge garden area by the water and a wood stove for cooler evenings.

Ancienne maison Bourguignonne de caractère classé meublé de tourisme deux étoiles ⭐⭐, qui appartenait à nos adorables voisins Marie et Lucien. Nous avons rénové cette maison avec amour et passion en essayant le plus possible de conserver et de mettre en valeur les matériaux d'origine (poutres, tomettes, pierres etc).
