Simba and I lived here happily for a while and everything was custom-made, according to my tastes. You can enjoy the calm offered by this charming studio located on the ground floor of our townhouse and overlooking a pretty tree-lined courtyard. The cottage is located on the property of a 16th century manor, in a wine region close to La Charité sur Loire, Pouilly sur Loire, Sancerre... Equipped with a separate entrance, it has its own garden and adjoining laundry room. Completely restored we have decorated it by chinant and working with local materials. The ground floor includes a living room with kitchenette and shower room. The room is on a mezzanine level. Enjoy the peace and quiet and greenery!

It is at the pavement of the Chateau de Mimont on the side of Mont that we offer an original apartment (independent entrance) with its exceptional view, all in a wooded park with rare species and a forest of several hectares. The accommodation is functional, fully equipped, ideal for a green weekend or a nice place that changes from the hotel to work hiking, tennis, ping pong, swimming ( attention closed pools: September to April not heated)

Cottage by the water and horses

On a private property of more than 3 ha, including our house and a small stable, the 35 m2 cottage is directly on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water and can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of a shower room, an equipped kitchen, a living room, a bedroom with a queen size bed and a mezzanine with two 90 beds. You will have a huge garden area by the water and a wood stove for cooler evenings.
