A Scottish Cottage - The Loft

This Upper Canada home was built in 1828 by the Campbell family and sits upon the unceded, traditional Algonquin territory of the Anishinaabe people, as well as the traditional Mohawk territory of the Haudenosaunee people. This unit was the historic summer kitchen for this home. Recently fully renovated into a cozy and peaceful living room with a loft. Enjoy the fertile farmland and big sky views that surround this guest suite, and the peace and quiet that country living has to offer.

Newly renovated basement suite with many little extras to discover. Hot tub in private cedar gazebo with 180 view of a bush and large back and side yards or if you prefer more privacy curtains can be drawn all around. Gazebo is heated by a propane fireplace depending on the weather. Peaceful neighbourhood in Clarence Point, nice trails and area to go for walks. When time permits, we also offer a complimentary 20 min guided tour of the area aboard a 6 seater ATV. Bring warm clothing!
