Light and bright apartment all to yourself, newly renovated, spotlessly clean, and perfect for exploring Washington, DC. Located in trendy Petworth, a short walk from metro and bus as well as several excellent restaurants, parks, and grocery stores. There is a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials you'll need, a great new bathroom, walk in closet, large washer/dryer. The bedroom has queen sized bed with a Casper matress and there is also a fold-out sofa bed in the living room.

The studio apartment features a spacious layout with a queen bed and a cozy couch. A brick accent wall hosts a TV, while shelves with books add character. The small kitchen and dining area are visible, complemented by warm lighting and wood flooring.
