Apartment holiday rentals in Preston

We loved staying in this apartment. Collingwood is a great area, lots of nice bars, restaurants and cafes and everything is walkable. We highly recommend Proud Mary and A Coffee for tasty coffees. The apartment is very comfortable, everything you need for your stay and is a perfect location. The balcony is really cute, a great place to decompress after a busy day exploring. The shower is really good and Keith has provided lovely products. Highly recommend staying here, we would love to come back!

What can I say, Robert (and Ernie) were extremely helpful from pre arrival up until departure. Was a beautiful place to stay and would recommend to anyone wanting to stay close to the city but also far enough away to be quiet. would love to stay again on our next trip, thanks again Robert and Ernie

I had a wonderful stay at Raymond’s Airbnb! The place was incredibly peaceful, clean, and comforting, exactly what I needed. Raymond was also very responsive and went out of his way to help with anything I needed during my stay. I truly appreciated the hospitality and attention to detail. I’d definitely recommend staying here and would love to come back again!

Crystal's place was exactly as described so you can rest assured that the reviews are an accurate reflection also. Location is great for exploring the inner north and easy access to the city. The apartment was clean with easy access and good wifi. Having a designated underground car park was great, as was having a bath, which can be difficult to find in innercity apartments. Crystal was very good to communicate with and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her place :)

Another great stay at Melinda and Steve's place. Great location, great apartment with all the amenities and great people to deal with. If you love the area you'll love this apartment. Did I mention the views?

Perfect apartment for a group of friends to enjoy time together. Living room was large with a good size dining table. The kitchen was also great with everything you'd need to cook a meal at home. The apartment also smelt amazing. It was a lovely space to come home to after some very busy days. Having off street parking for two cars in the underground secure garage was also a plus. Mark was super responsive to any questions we had. We'd definitely stay here again.

Lovely quiet apartment in great Brunswick location. Transport, restaurants, supermarket and coffee almost at the door. The apartment is really quiet and secure and has the bonus of a garden outlook and small outdoor space. Great for 1 or 2 people. Lauchy is a friendly and helpful host.

David & Diedre were great hosts. This is a perfect location if you want to experience all that this great part of Melbourne has to offer (great food, coffee, shops etc etc). Easy walk into the City, MCG etc…loved it

We loved staying at Louise' place! First up it was very easy to get to by car, right up to the secure underground parking with a parking space just metres from the lift making for easy unpacking. The place was delightful and one word: cosy! Cozy couch, cozy bedroom, cost bathroom towel warmers. Louise wrote the cozy brief and set the benchmark! Location is great for visiting friends in north Melbourne and close enough to the CBD while maintaining serene surrounds. So all in all perfect 5 stars for our trip! And the extra touches like supplied milk, already cooled bottle of water and thoughtful recommendations from Louise were perfect!

Firstly, the photos do not do it justice. The location is amazing, and the interior design of the airbnb is cosy and a vibe. Helen and Amy were extremely responsive and accommodating to our arrival time and helped make sure check in went smoothly. The airbnb itself was well stocked, above what was expected, it's like every little thing had been thought out. We definitely thought it was worth the price we paid and would stay again! Charlottes place is great. Beautifully set up and presented. it is in a great location, walkable to great restaurants and easy access to the tram. And just around the corner to Bertoncello’s - one of the best coffee joints in Melbourne. The building is pretty cool with a really interesting cool/ industrial vibe and great garden courtyard. The appartments is well set up,and the layout really works well for a couple. Will look to stay here again on our next visit to Melbourne.

Peaceful, quiet and comfortable. Had everything I needed and was in a lovely neighborhood. You can walk along the Merri Creek walking trails and close to the tram too. Great hosts and recommend. I would stay again.

Jo's place was beautiful, exactly as described and felt right at home. Check in was also easy. Jo was super responsive and communication was easy. Would book again!

Absolutely excellent place to stay in Melbourne! The area is perfect with lots of shops and lovely restaurant, easy access to the tram. The place is very cosy, I was impressed by how well-stocked it was - you could easily stay much longer than the long weekend we did. I would definitely stay here again when returning to Melbourne.

Thank you Meary for a great stay. Your apartment is comfortable. The instructions for access were easy to follow and we appreciated your prompt communications. Thank you for leaving the coffee machine ready to use when we arrived - that was a welcome touch. It was in a perfect location for us as our daughter lives in the same apartment block. It is in a good location right opposite Victoria Gardens Shopping Mall, lovely Yarra River walks, tram across the road, and getting Ubers to/from your apartment was also very easy.

Great hosts who were super responsive and obviously care about their place and their customers. A fabulous location 5 min walk to the CBD, all the theatres and botanical gardens, trams etc. Didn't need a car, a well set up kitchen and nearby IGA, super comfy bed and lots of lovely plants so it felt less like a motel. The pool sauna and gym were all fab too. A super generous supply of towels ( including for the pool), toilet paper, paper towels detergent etc so it was easy to move in and relax. Great kitchen to cook in small but withe everything you could need. This will now be our Melb base whenever we are in town.

Wonderful experience. From first communication to the last, Henfry was friendly, courteous and proactive. Directions for parking and accessing the unit were clear and easy. The unit itself was clean, well stocked and comfortable. Lovely views with good wifi. Good heating for a cold few days! Beds were comfortable and the tram (free tram zone) was just outside the front door making the CBD easily accessible. Great place to stay! Highly recommended

Thanks Fil for an amazing stay, photos were pretty much exactly what was in the listing, and the view of South Melbourne from the apartment was such a great touch and a nice change from the hustle and bustle of the city, though the location was also really convenient, very near to the tram stop. Apartment was clean and so comfortable, the kids had a great time!

Nothing to complain about—the photos looked exactly like the space. Enjoyed my stay. When it comes down to it, choosing an Airbnb in a city like this is mostly about picking the right neighborhood. So if you're looking in this area, you'll do well to choose Paul's place. No issues at all.
