Very easy to be in. Our house sits in front of the Tiny house. Parking is in front of house. We live in a very rule area. We are a little over an hour from Yosemite. We set between two lakes Lake Don Pedro and Lake Mcclure. We have neighbors but not close There is a market close by and a Dollar General .

The entire upstairs is very roomy and peaceful. 2 bedrooms with queens, large TV room with 5th person extra-long single bed. A kitchenette and newly remodeled bathroom. BIG wraparound porch to enjoy the garden. Historic Gold Rush towns, wineries, lakes, rivers, and winter sports are nearby. Yosemite's Highway 120 entrance is just a 1 1/2 hour drive away. BOOK IT NOW! You’ve found the place! Best place we’ve ever stayed for exploring Yosemite! Perfect for my husband, my dog, and I. Tammy was a very thoughtful host - all the supplies and considerations were there - dog bags, kitchen supplies, books, hammocks, toiletries, ice, coffee, everything we needed and more! There is nothing quite like waking up to the beautiful view out the master bedroom, or enjoying breakfast on the deck. Bobby (our dog) loved all the sniffs in the yard space and had a nice time too. I almost wished we had a spare day to just stay in and enjoy the house with so many comforts and such a peaceful spot. I hope to stay again any time we’re in the area!

The Homestead was everything that was anticipated and expected times 1000. If you are looking for absolute privacy and a very rustic authentic experience, this is the place to book. Everything was absolutely perfect as far as my expectations were wanting and needing. Will most definitely be back. The proximity to Yosemite was perfect for us. The amount of places to eat and to shop were perfect. A 10 out of 10. And if you have the pleasure of meeting Monty and having a conversation, I guarantee it will make your stay.

The property was perfect! We had our own hot tub which was super relaxing for stargazing in the evenings after hikes in Yosemite. The space had really pretty views of the meadows. We were the only ones staying there at the time, so it was incredibly private and peaceful. Would definitely recommend to a friend or to a group of friends looking to all stay together. Additionally, we had issues with the Wi-Fi going out due to provider interference, but the hosts were very responsive and took care of it as soon as possible which made our stay much more convenient.

I had a wonderful stay at Jeremiah's Airbnb! The property was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. Jeremiah was an outstanding host: very responsive, kind, and attentive to every detail, which made my stay smooth and enjoyable. The location was perfect, and I felt very welcomed from start to finish. I would highly recommend staying at Jeremiah's place and look forward to returning in the future.

The house looked just as nice in person as in the photos. We also enjoyed aspects that the pictures don’t capture - a range of bed softness so that each of our party was able to sleep on something that worked for them, a secondary living room in the basement that keeps noise levels down, and plenty of hot water after trips to the pool. Advice for future stays - program the main gate as a stop on our GPS on the way to the home. Otherwise, you might be routed through one of the other gates that can’t be used by Airbnb guests.

Just absolutely wonderful and exactly like the photos. A real sense of just being in a beautiful and beautifully designed space full of perfect touches. I stayed a month and was very sad to leave! Aria was a great host and go-between with the rather draconian guardians of the gated community (every delivery has to be individually called in and you need a weekly pass to drive through the gate). Being a mile from the lake was wonderful as was the drive up the mountain. And of course you are close to Yosemite. Could not recommend it more highly.
