We had a very warm welcome by Dubravka and her hushband; as we arrived earlier, she made no problem to let us in the house. We enjoyed the well equiped appartment and the cleanliness. The view from the terrace is amazing! The terrace is very we equiped with loungset and deckchairs. A big sup is for free available. Dubravka surprised us with a very tasteful dinner. As she lived on the upper appartment, we didn't hear them at all. She gave us good tips to go out eating and was always available. A wonderful house with a wonderful host!

We had a wonderful stay in "the terrasse", which is in a great nature reservart ! The view is phantastic! The rustical building with a lovely, large terrasse with wood-roof and very individual interieur is a garanty for a relaxed stay in the middle of nature and silence. Zoran gave us a warm welcome with vine, ham, cheese and bread! He gave us very helpfull and interesting informations! You can reach the historic, characteristic village Moncsenice high in the mountains in 20 minutes by feet or in a few minutes by car. From here you can go in a few minutes to the attractive beaches close to Moncsenicka Draga with a nice harboure and very good Restaurants. Thank you for being your guests in this wonderfull location! We had an amazing stay at the apartment. Beautiful view, lovely balcony and the best thing, everything was walkable. The check-in was also super easy and flexible, since Margareta was always responding within minutes. Super friendly host. We will definitely come back again and recommend the place to others. :)

Tomislav was a very friendly and helpful host. The apartment had everything you need for a great stay. The terrace with furniture, grill and whirlpool was especially wonderful. He speaks English and German fluently.

The place was super nice, located right in a bay with great amenities and everything you need. We were very warmly welcomed by Marko and felt very comfortable during the stay. The view from the apartment is as shown in the pictures. Overall, it was a great stay. :)

We stayed as a family with 2 children (8 + 6 years) for a good 1 week in Marija's apartment. We enjoyed it very much. On the positive side, the apartment is very spacious, the terrace is large and covered. The nearest beach is only a few minutes' walk away. The old town is also just a stone's throw away in the other direction. So great location. The two roads that pass the property are partly noisy... many vacationers who want to go to the beach, on foot or by car. From Vrbnik you can make beautiful excursions with children. All in all, we were very satisfied. Thanks!!

Quiet cottage in a good location on a very nicely landscaped property. It is only a few meters to the first "beach", and some more beautiful bays are within a 10-minute walk. Communication with Kristijan and his brother Danijel went smoothly, both always responded quickly and helpfully, and there were also tips on restaurants or shopping via WA. The property is fantastic with many herbs and olive trees. Unfortunately, at the time we were there (late May) there was a pretty caterpillar plague, especially on the oak at the beginning of the property, which inevitably limited the baby's crawling radius. The apartment itself has everything you need, although the coffee machine was unfortunately broken - but a replacement would have been organized if necessary ☺️ Only the parking situation is a bit difficult, as some have already written. In any case, we would like to come back, then maybe at another time of the year😊

Lovely house/bungalow surrounded by the palm trees and beautiful garden. Green and peacefull hidden gem even if it is situated between the beach and the main street (which was very convinient to go to the supermarket and restaurants). Interior of the house was very cosy and charming. We enjoyed the paintings on the wall and sculptures which all were made by Vesna! Bathrooms and bedrooms were roomy and confy. Overall we all loved our stay very much. Vesna was warm-hearted and lovely person. Thank you so much!

In short, highly recommended as a location for holidays, very inclined for a possible summer experience in the future, thanks for everything.

The house is very nice, clean and maintained. The furnishings leave nothing to be desired – modern bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen and our highlight: the outdoor kitchen. There is also plenty for children - playground, large pool, kicker, billiards, table tennis and more. The host René was always available and helpful. When something broke, he quickly came by and fixed it. During the stay, he also cleaned the pool once. He was already waiting for us at check-in, we could even check in earlier. As a welcome, there was a large cheese and sausage platter, bread, cake, wine and drinks - very generous. He also brought cake later. The late check-out in the middle of the night was also no problem. The location is quiet and somewhat remote, the access via the mountains a bit curvy - but the sea can be reached in about 15 minutes, Opatija in about 20 minutes. Overall a great stay, we would come back.

Biserka and her family's house was perfect! Biserka and her family are very friendly and always there if you need something or have a question. The house is in a quiet location and has a beautiful terrace where you can enjoy your coffee in the morning. The house is really tasteful and beautifully furnished down to the last detail. The cleanliness is perfect! The bedrooms are on the 1st floor. Air conditioning available. TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime. The best thing was the kitchen, which is fully equipped and you can prepare your meals like you would at home. You rarely find something like this. The house is a dream and everything is really perfect! You can't have it better. I can only recommend the location to everyone! We'd love to come back. We say thank you to Biserka, Vjeko and Alen for their hospitality. The house is also ideal for families with 2 to 3 children. And animals are allowed too. You can only give full stars as a rating here.

Wonderful place to stay, cozy, clean, and just like the pictures! The host is extremely accessible and responsive. If you are looking for peace in nature, away from the city crowds this is the ideal accommodation for you :)

We had a lovely stay at Gianna’s place. The view is very nice and the surrounding is peaceful. The bed were comfortable. There is AC everywhere in the rooms. The house is functional. Maybe some pans in the kitchen in better shape would be nice. The outdoor is nice and the pool was very appreciated. We stayed during the beginning of June and temperature was nice on the terrace. Maybe more shadows on the terrace for warmer day would be a +. It’s really nice to have this outdoor kitchen. The outside furniture is confortable. (Some towels for the pool/ beach could be given) The location is nice. You can reach Krk island in 10 min. Lots of nice beaches and even dog friendly beaches within 10-15 minutes. Having a car is a must. In conclusion, we had a very nice stay, the outdoor with the view is great. The house is functional. Gianna is really nice and gave us some advices to visit and for restaurants. Thank you. We would definitely come back. :)

We had a great stay! The place is quietly located at the end of a road and you are on your own. The terrace is a dream, we especially liked the swing with the wonderful view. It was very clean and the apartment was very well equipped, especially the kitchen. Shopping is 10 minutes by car. Our dog also felt very comfortable.

We had an absolutely perfectly relaxing vacation. The place is like it looks in the pictures, I’d say even better. You really only need to take some stairs down to the sea and can take a swim whenever you want. You can also get there by Bus perfectly easy and when our train broke down and didn’t work anymore on our way there, they were kind enough to pick us up 25 minutes away from there home, where we were greeted with a lot of friendliness and care, yet we always had our privacy. You’re located in the middle between Rijeka and beautiful Opatja and we really loved it. I’d go back any time and can recommend staying here very highly!

This was our third stay at Violeta's apartment and we will definitely be coming back next year 😊 Violeta is a lovely host, kind, always available and responsive. The apartment is the best - a peaceful neighbourhood, 5-10 minute walk to the nearest beach and dog beach, gorgeous fenced yard, perfect for dogs and small children. 5 stars!

My family and I enjoyed a very nice easter holiday weekend at Brankica's place. She is very friendly, helpful and just a great host. The apartment itself provided way more then usually and way more we needed. It is located right beside the sea, just the road in between, as seen on the pictures. The cozy balcony offers a great view directly to the sea and we enjoyed it as well. 100% recommendation from our side - we are looking forward to come again!

The time at Damir's flat was very nice. We received a very nice welcome when we arrived. The house and the balcony were very nicely furnished and very clean, so you immediately feel at home. It was also dog friendly accommodation. We couldn't have asked for anything better, are very happy and would definitely recommend it!
