This apartment is based on an idea of luxury and comfort, from the moment you enter you will be able to notice its large size and the amenities it enjoys, with 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, 3 terraces, and it has a TV in each room and in the living room. Guests will need to coordinate with us to arrange a time. Check in needs to be before 5h30 pm. It is difficult to get to the treehouse after it is dark.

This is a special place to stay. Immaculately presented, very helpful and responsive host, and fantastic location. It is in the old part of the city and everything you need is close by. There is muted traffic noise, and church bells are a wake- up call at 6.30am, so if this is likely to bother you, bring earplugs, but the bed is incredibly comfortable, and you’ll sleep well. We really appreciated being able to use a washing machine and dryer, and the offer to store luggage on our checkout day, since we had an evening flight. If we are ever back in Cuenca, we'll stay again.

The room is located between two roads, convenient for transportation, but there is also a lot of noise during the day.The house is quite spacious and the decoration style is nice.There aren't many shops around, there is a roast chicken shop, but it's quite salty.There is a Supermaxi about 5 minutes' drive away.The owner communicates smoothly and is very nice.
