We spent three nights (two families) and wished we could have stayed longer! We appreciated the two King en-suites for the adults and the Queen room for an adult child, as well as the kids bunk/play room over the garage. Everyone had their own space! Super comfortable and perfect for two to three families with kids. The house was just across the street from the pickleball/tennis courts and the pool/clubhouse and a 5 minute drive from the Village at Sunriver. The house had tons of “toys”and we used the canoe on the lake by the clubhouse. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for our group as was well appointed and the open concept worked well for our group. Thanks Eric for the great stay! We will stay again!

Highly recommend the Birch Abode. Nice quiet location, but still only a short bike ride or drive from the central village and pool. The house was well clean and well equipped. We especially appreciated the excellent kitchen. We will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful ranch with wonderful hosts! Felt right at home in the juniper. We loved the location for easy access to Sisters or Bend. We cooked most of our meals there on the bbq, kitchen stocked with everything we needed! Very comfortable beds, everyone slept well. Loved listening to the evening frogs and morning birds. The pool was a highlight for sure. Felt very special to have this property to ourselves! Tracy and Bill are gracious and wonderful to talk to. Our family will be planning return trips in the years to come!

What a beautiful home, one of our favorites for sure. All of the little touches were so appreciated, from the soft cozy throw-blankets and extra pillows to the wonderful bedding, fully stocked kitchen and even a bottle of wine left for us. The view off the back deck is indescribable and the ability to walk into town and shop at the local shops, get coffee or even an evening walk for ice cream is perfect. I highly recommend this home, we shared it with my brother, his wife and their two little girls and it was plenty of space for all of us. it is exactly as described and even more.

We had a wonderful stay at this home—perfect for our family vacation with three of us and our dog. The house had everything we needed and was in a great location, close to fantastic restaurants and plenty of activities. We enjoyed the pool and watching movies on the large TV in the evenings. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, making it easy to unwind. Overall, it was a great experience, and we’re already hoping to return next year!

We loved staying at this home just outside of Sisters Or. we would book it again, for sure! Clean, spacious, comfortable living quarters. Hot tub was a bonus 😊

This was a clean and comfortable home in Sisters for our family of 4 to stay in. The surroundings can't be beat - we saw deer, quail, and bunnies right outside and there were smooth paths for the kids to bike and scoot all over the neighborhood. Very quiet and peaceful. Note that the house is a split level with only 1 bathroom on the lower floor.

Had a very pleasant stay. The hot tub although an older model was fantastic. Plenty of stores and restaurants in close proximity. Overflow parking in the cul-de-sac was a plus as well. Kitchen was well stocked even had some fun spices. I appreciated the washer and dryer along with laundry soap. Same model I have at home! Nice big screen TV with Roku. Open concept was really nice. Super easy check in check out was able to use barbecue grill with no issues as well. Plenty of ceiling fans with lots of airflow. The place does only have one very small bathroom. If you’re going with a larger group, it may be something to consider. Would stay again if in the area.

I was the third time we were staying at Andrew's place, it's out favorite airbnb in Bend. The house is amazing, very clean and modern, well equipped and the location is great. We will be back for sure! Highly recommended

And absolutely beautiful location. Peaceful and serene and right next to the river. We saw a bald eagle and lots of geese. House was comfortable and well-stocked. Gina And Jay were very responsive when we had a question. Absolutely one of the nicest stays we’ve had in the Sunriver area!!!

This place was perfect for our group of family and friends to gather for a weekend in Bend. It's one of best airbnb's we have stayed in due to the fully stocked kitchen, open concept layout, fun backyard and garage space and proximity to activities in the surrounding Bend area. I was very impressed with the home. We all slept like we were at home. Beautiful location. My husband fished every day. Loved that they accepted dogs since we have a service dog that must travel with us. I hope to return.

Our logging company had been on fires for months and we were trying to give them a relaxing and comfy place to take their days off. Kim was such a wonderful and helpful host, I would absolutely recommend Kim and her lovely home to anyone. We hope to stay again in this lovely home under some different circumstances.

The cabin was great, comfy, and completely as described. The bed was amazing the views where awesome and sitting outside watching the stars with my special friend was the perfect end to the day.

Staying at this home was just the get away my wife and I needed!!! Its close enough to town to easily get good quality food and do some shopping in Sisters but far enough away to have a quiet peaceful atmosphere!! The street its on is pretty quiet and any neighbors kept to themselves. No houses were super close so that was nice! The home was so beautiful, the decorartions were immaculate and it had everything we needed! The views were AMAZING!!!! It you get a chacne to stay here please do! We will be coming back for sure!

This house is really nice. It feels like home. The views and privacy cannot be beat. The kitchen is a pleasure for those who like to cook and grill. We would go back there in a flash!!!
