Settle into Mar House for a perfect get away, we are located around a 10-15 minute walk from St. Andrews town centre and a 2 minute walk to the East Sands beach which boasts the "Toasty shack" ( locally renowned, and perfect after a stroll along the beach). Of course for the golfing groups, this is perfectly situated for access to all local courses and a great space to unwind and catch up on each others score cards! Free parking in driveway for two cars and space outside house is also free.

The Balone Garden Cottage is a luxury retreat with spectacular views over the St Andrews countryside and a wood burning stove. The cottage has been finished to the highest standard and comfortable sleeps 2 in a double bedroom with access to the patio via the French doors. The open-plan kitchen lounge is peaceful whether the bifold doors are open to the fresh air or cosy with the wood burner. Property features a Dyson Purifier which purifies, humidifies and cools the bedroom in the cottage.

A lovely home away from home the cottage features 3 king bedrooms just at the top of the hill over looking the historic St Andrews skyline and surrounding countryside. The town centre is a lovely 20 minute walk away and 5 minute walk from famous Fife coastal path and within 15 minutes from most of fife best golf courses. The Cottage is newly renovated for 2020 with private parking, a rear garden with BBQ and rattan patio furniture, and outside store room for golf clubs or bicycles.
