Aktash neighborhood is very quiet and lovely, only 6-7minutes away from the city center. The OSCE and GIZ headquarters are 2 minutes away from the apartment. The apartment is fully equipped with furniture, it has a dishwasher, washing machine, and the kitchen has all the kitchen appliances and accessories.
