We had a nice time in Francesco and Elisa's apartment. The apartment has everything you need. The private terrace was particularly great. In addition, you can quickly reach the beach & the restaurants. Communication with both was super fast and easy. We will be happy to come back!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful villa! The place was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking mountain view from the swimming pool — absolutely stunning and peaceful. Paolo (Stefanie’s husband) is a fantastic hosts — incredibly friendly, approachable, and always ready to help. He gave us great recommendations for local restaurants and activities, which made our trip even more memorable. And all of this with an excellent english. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended — we’d love to come back!

We stopped on our way back from Puglia. The apartment was perfect and the hosts were very responsive. Public and private beaches are nearby. No opinion on the sector, we did not have time to walk around.

Completely new accommodation, everything you need to stay in peace is available, fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms. The whole house was clean and comfortable, too bad we only spent two nights there. Host Andrea is very helpful, both during check-in and for useful tips to make our stay better. Highly recommend

Quiet apartment on the ground floor with parking under the house. Centrally located in the charming village of Sirolo. Good base for all kinds of excursions in the area. Terrace with seating.

I stayed at Chiara's for 3 nights, the house is well maintained and comfortable, small but well equipped, perfect for 2 people. I really appreciated the free parking a stone's throw from the house. Excellent structure surrounded by greenery just a few minutes from the center of Sirolo and where you can use a parking lot of the same property. very well kept pool nice sea view over the surrounding countryside. definitely a great relaxing experience at the same time immersive.

Brand new apartment, really nice, very clean, Mrs. Bruna and her son are very kind and super helpful. Easy access and a few kilometers from beaches, the center... and in our case the stadium, we will definitely come back and recommend it to friends and family!! THANK YOU

We stayed in this apartment for the second time (the first few years ago in February) and had a good time again. Stefano was helpful and kind, as well as responsive in communication, at the time of check-in and to give us tips about the area. The house is very spacious and well equipped, even for long stays where you can take advantage of the use of the kitchen and the washing machine available for guests. We especially enjoyed the terrace for breakfast overlooking the sea in the morning (also great for a sunset aperitif). Convenient and free parking in front of the apartment, not even a two-minute drive from the sea and close to all amenities. Strategic location also to visit the Marche villages in the area and more. We definitely recommend couples and families with kids for weekends or longer stays!

Very clean and tidy apartment, with everything you need. Mr. Fausto was very kind and helpful. The first day we had a small problem with the drain and he promptly solved it immediately despite the late hour, which was not a given. Quiet location with convenient parking both inside and on the street. I absolutely recommend it

We chose Lorena's place because we liked it from the photos and it seemed to be in terms of location for exploring the Conero a bit. We found the house spacious, very tidy and clean, with everything we needed. Lorena also left us some welcome snacks. Lorena was very kind, helpful, and gave us many directions to explore the area. The beaches can be reached in about 15 minutes by car and the house is surrounded by the beauty of the Marche hills. We couldn't have been better for our 4 days in Conero.

Stayed about ten days at the end of September. Recent apartment, very well organized and functional, kitchen well equipped with accessories, located just outside the town in a quiet area, well furnished. Very good cleanliness, although some improvements are possible in the bathroom and in some aspects of the kitchen (nothing dramatic). Small terrace but with particularly beautiful and relaxing views, both of the sea and the hills Absolutely in line with what is described on the site. Not ideal for those who prefer deep darkness to sleep: the current lack of blackout curtains/shutters lets in a lot of light from the street lamps, but we notified the host. For the rest, the apartment is very deserving, among the best solutions found in Italy. Responsive and helpful host.

It was a different apartment than the one described in the listing but very neat, clean and nicely furnished. The host made sure we didn't miss anything. Always happy to come back!

The place is a real work of art, which manages to take away all your worries and leave you to complete relaxation. The property is flawless, with attention to every detail from the garden, to the cottages, to the infinity pool overlooking the valley. The owners are people of infinite kindness, who know how to put you at ease and welcome you in the best possible way. If you find a way, go there, you won't regret it!!!!!

Alessia's accommodation is an oasis of tranquility in the middle of the beautiful Marche hills, a place to restore body and spirit, just what we needed. The rooms are fresh and clean, we never had to turn on the air conditioning even though it was very hot during the day. Don't miss the large hot tub with views of the hills and the sea, at sunset after a day at the beach or even after dinner with the stylishly lit garden. Alessia was very kind and caring, always available but never intrusive, her sympathy and sensitivity were helpful at a difficult time for us, thank you very much for this! As soon as we have the chance, we will definitely return.

The stay at Valentina's house was like finding your home: cozy, warm and comfortable. The house was as described, even more beautiful. Valentina is very kind and caring. We will definitely return guests to Valentina's place. Although outside the town center, the location is convenient to reach in a few minutes, Recanati, Loreto, Porto Recanati.

Great location to visit the many sights in the area

Beautiful accommodation with a well-maintained property and many beautiful opportunities to enjoy nature! The view from the pool to the Marche countryside was unbeatable!! The hosts Wendy and Paul were very nice!!

Casal del Sole sits on a hill in the middle of the great countryside. You have a unique 360-degree panoramic view. Ideal also with children, as there is a small playground. Table tennis, foosball and enough space for cozy sitting on various chill-out areas or cozy grilling. From the very large pool, you have a sensational view of the beautiful hills. We lived in 2 of the 4 apartments and were each very enthusiastic. The apartments are well equipped, especially the apartment on the ground floor with the great covered terrace. The entire equipment of the apartments, pool area, relaxation areas, extra kitchen is very well and thought out. Stefano and Alessandro with their families take care of everything until the very last detail. Rarely have we experienced such cleanliness and attention to detail somewhere. This is where hospitality comes from the heart. We have rarely recovered so well in a place. Thank you!

Andrea is very kind, Well-kept space in a beautiful, sparsely populated, and very quiet hamlet. Large terrace for parking and easy to reach. I'll definitely be back!
