A common entrance to all units leads to the apartment that is spread over 150 square meters, an open space with an equipped kitchen and dining room, a living area with a TV, a bathroom with a glass shower, and a loft with a double bedroom. In the west wing of the house, there is a second loft with a double bed, a living room with a TV, a double sofa bed, and a second large bathroom with a shower.

The completely renovated apartment offers 2 double or single bedrooms, both with air conditioning, mosquito nets, and TV. The bathroom is shared for the 2 bedrooms. We have a breakfast room equipped with a coffee machine, milk frother, and microwave, where we offer a continental breakfast with local products and, on request (for a fee), also a Monferrato breakfast with cold cuts and local cheeses. The kitchen does not have a stove (regional provision).
