Sehr gemütliches, geräumiges Haus mit einem Garten, der wie eine Oase ist, mit direktem Strandzugang, 3 Doppelzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad, grosse Dachterrasse für "early morning" Cafe und Sundowner mit Meerblick. Küche gut ausgestattet. Bar, Restaurant u kleiner Supermarkt fußläufig. Wir kommen wieder:)

Luca è una persona tanto gentile quanto disponibile, non abbiamo avuto problemi di nessun tipo e la permanenza a Soverato è stata decisamente positiva. Grazie Luca

Naša dovolenka u Francesca a Roselly bola fantastická . Hlavne plná pokoja , kde sme si mohli skvelo oddýchnuť a načerpať nové sily . Dom bol vo veľmi tichej lokalite blízko pláže ( pláž bola piesok s drobnými kamienkami) . Pár minút chôdze bol aj obchod kde si môžete kúpiť všetko čo potrebujete ( ovocie , zeleninu , pečivo a podobne ) , väčší supermarket bol cca 8 minút autom . Keďže sme boli s malým synom bolo skvelé mať na záhrade bazén, hračky a detské stoličky . Taktiež veľkou výhodou bola vonkajšia sprcha a vonkajšia kuchyňa . Odporúčame si požičať auto a preskúmať mestá a pláže v okolí. Hlavne Pizzo a Tropea . Francesco a Rossella sú naozaj super hostitelia a odporučili by sme každému mať tak skvelú dovolenku ako sme mali aj my vo vašom dome . S pozdravom Nikola, Johannes a Theodor

Appartamento molto grazioso, inserito in contesto di residence ma molto indipendente, terrazza meravigliosa con vista mare attrezzata con pergolato e tavolo con sdraio e sedie e cucina esterna. L’appartamento era molto pulito e ben accessoriato, doccia esterna nella zona comune del residence fruibile liberamente. Gli spazi ben curati, l’host è stato molto disponibile e ci ha trattati davvero bene. Bellissimo soggiorno!

Niente da dire sull'alloggio. conforme al prezzo e alle descrizioni. struttura condominiale un po' abbandonata, ma dotata di custode molto gentile e disponibile. Appartamento pulito, perfetto, dotato di tutti i confort. Il problema si é presentato con una grossissima infiltrazione dall'appartamento al piano di sopra, ovviamente non imputabile all'host, rendendo impossibile proseguire il soggiorno. Antonio, a sue spese, ci ha subito trovato un'altra soluzione, di gran lunga superiore per qualitá e servizi. Fantastico, disponibile, ospitale, sempre attento ai nostri bisogni. Abbiamo scoperto una persona meravigliosa che anche nel disagio ha fatto il possibile, e anche l'impossibile, per garantirci un fantastico soggiorno. Consiglio sia l'host sia la struttura in oggetto al netto delle criticitá del contesto, ma per prezzo e servizi é ottima.

We had a fantastic stay at Claudio's Airbnb! The apartment was exactly as described—clean, spacious and just a short walk away from the most beautiful beach! Claudio was a great host, very responsive and accommodating. He promptly answered any questions we had during our stay. Overall, our experience was wonderful and we would definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Caminia. Thank you, Claudio, for making our stay memorable!

Wohnung wie beschrieben, klein aber fein. Wir wurden von Leandro herzlich mit Wasser und Früchten empfangen. Unkompliziertes Check-in. Wir durften alles was in der Wohnung zu Verfügung stand benutzen (zB: Waschmittel, Putzmittel, Oel, Gewürze etc). Sehr zentral gelegen, alles zu Fuss erreichbar, viele Restaurants und Pubs in der Nähe. Meer nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Parkplätze auf der Strasse. Soverato hat uns sehr gut gefallen, wir kommen wieder.

Maria’s home was beautiful, peaceful, and spacious. It was just like the photos, and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking at home. We appreciated the ability to stay on the beach from morning until nighttime, since the house is right across the street from the water. The beds were comfortable, the on site manager was helpful and friendly, and the owner was responsive and welcoming. By the time we arrived in mid September, the beach restaurants were closed and it was already the off season, but we enjoyed the empty beach and quiet evenings. You will enjoy this wonderful property!

Bilocale comfortevole, c’era tutto per poter soggiornare in tranquillità …la zona esige essere motorizzati in quanto un po’ isolata dalla movida… essendo un condominio i servizi sono più che sufficienti e in linea con quello descritto..posto tranquillo per famiglie che possono spostarsi in auto per raggiungere le attrazioni turistiche nei dintorni.

This was an exceptional stay in Calabria for me and my family. The villa is exactly as it seems. It is likely the nicest AirBNB that one will ever find in Calabria. The staff is exceptionally helpful. Rino & Caterina were available 24/7 to help us, we had daily cleaning service, and Gianni was our driver at a moment's notice anywhere we wanted to go, from Soverato to Tropea. We had a birthday party for 50 of our extended cousins and it worked out perfectly. The extra costs we paid (use of the van, daily cleaning, driving, and pool heating) were extremely fair and reasonable. Biggest tips -- have the pool heated even in June, and have the ladies come for daily cleaning - truly made it feel like a 5 star resort. Davide deserves tremendous credit for building such a special place in such a beautiful place in Calabria.

Great place to stay, security was top notch in a gated community , we felt at ease for the children to play. We really enjoyed the pool especially on the days the ocean was too wavy to swim in. Overall the villa is a great size , well maintained and much more modern than the other villas that were for rent. Antonio is by far respected by my family and I, he was very communicative & suggested good restaurants to munch at . He maintained the property during our stay and cleaned the pool multiple times ! We will be back again

Excellent location. Beach is absolutely lovely and we didn’t want for anything more. Marco was quick to respond to any questions and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Wir haben die Zeit in der Unterkunft sehr genossen. Zweckmäßig eingerichtet, alles was man braucht. Nah am Meer richtig toll und sehr sauberes Wasser Ende Mai vor der Saison. Ein Restaurant fußläufig erreichbar die Pizza dort ist super aber auch die Fischgerichte. Ab 01.06 ist auch am Strand eine Bar und am Wochenende die Jugaad Lounge sehr gemütlich. Das wir direkt am Eingangstor des Hauses waren hat uns nicht gestört. Es gibt Liegen und einen Strandschirm wenn ihr den Schirmständer mit zum Strand nehmt fliegt nichts weg. Es gibt tolle Gelaterias und Restaurants in Davoli max 10min mit dem Auto. Wir hatten perfekte 7 Tage und haben nur den Pool der am 01.06. befüllt sein sollte ein wenig vermisst. Die Menschen dort und die fantastische Landschaft haben uns entschädigt. ;-)

We had a wonderful 13 days staying at Max’s lovely villa which had everything that we needed. We did a lot of travelling around in the daytime so was lovely to come back and cook a meal in the evening and then relax and have a bottle of local wine Max was very helpful the one small problem we did have was sorted out within a hour The property is in a nice isolated area in excellent condition with nice grounds and swimming pool and Max couldn’t do enough for you, The only downside which was nothing to do with Max was the barking dogs nearby. Both myself and my wife would highly recommend this property

Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour à Pizzo, dans l'appartement de Maria, qui a été une hôte exceptionnelle, adorable, réactive, compréhensive, surtout à notre arrivée avec un jour de décalage suite à une "mésaventure" à Rome, elle nous accueilli avec du lait et des gâteaux pour réconforter les enfants. L'appartement est très grand, avec tout le nécessaire pour la cuisine, le linge, 2 salles de bains, et 2 chambres, l'équipement était parfait, et sans oublier la climatisation indispensable pendant l'été. La piscine était très agréable, et la plage accessible à pieds à 300 mètres. La résidence était très calme, idéale pour notre famille. Et en plus, un glacier proche de la résidence "Gelataria Enrico" pour déguster leurs glaces artisanales et locales, les "tartufo di Pizzo" qui sont un régal. Les meilleures villes à visiter et plages sont Tropea, Scilla (village de Chianalea), Pizzo, reggio Calabria. Merci encore Maria pour ce séjour, nous recommandons fortement son appart.

Un appartamento estremamente funzionale e fornito di tutto il necessario, a pochi metri da spiagge libere o private con mare splendido, e a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro città e dai principali supermercati. Aldo è stato gentilissimo e disponibile, sicuramente una soluzione ideale per chi vuole recarsi a Soverato.

Très beau petit logement dans un magnifique secteur, à quelques minutes à pied de la mer. On a été vraiment bien accueilli par Francesco et sa compagne. Merci encore!

L’alloggio è perfettamente rispondente alle fotografie e alla descrizione. Completamente ristrutturato. La Sig. Donatella ci ha accolti di persona illustrandoci l’appartamento e spiegandoci il funzionamento degli elettrodomestici. A ogni messaggio chiarificatore che ho scritto mi ha dato puntuali e precise risposte. Gli infissi sono di buona qualità rendendolo silenzioso. Super consigliato.

Alloggio semplice ma funzionale, provvisto di tutto il necessario, abbiamo apprezzato molto l'ampio balcone vista mare attrezzato con tavolo e sedie, molto piacevole per la colazione e il pranzo. La spiaggia è a 2 passi, sia libera che attrezzata, appena al di là della strada e della pineta. Supermercato a 10 minuti a piedi, mercato settimanale il venerdì. La zona tende ad essere rumorosa la sera e la notte per via del passaggio frequente di auto con musica ad alto volume e moto di grossa cilindrata: fortunatamente l'appartamento è provvisto di finestre con vetrocamera ed aria condizionata, quindi il problema è contenibile. Alessandro è stato molto gentile e disponibile: non essendo presente in loco, ci ha ha fornito il riferimento di una persona a cui rivolgerci per eventuali necessità durante il soggiorno. Giudizio nel complesso 100% positivo.

Sono stata veramente ben accolta da Giuseppe! Lui una persona sempre disponibile e gentile! Tutte le volte che avevo bisogno lui era sempre disponibile ad aiutarmi in caso avevo qualche questioni su dove andare a mangiare e dove andare alla sera ! L’appartamento impeccabile. A pochi metri dal mare e ben fornito sicuramente ritornero vicino al appartamento ci sono i supermercati ,ristoranti ,farmacia forno ed etc. Grazie Di cuori giuseppe👏🏽

Pizzo was the most southern point of our Italian vacations. After visiting historical Ponpei and Piza, this place was exactly the pount we needed to recharge our battaries. The beach which you can reach in a minute, anazing views of the sun going right intonthe sea and the sea itself, all these gives you a fewling of being in heaven. Comfortable house, wonderful people, who are always ready to support and amazing equipment of the house make this feeling complete.

la casa è proprio come la descrive Domenico, bella spaziosa soprattutto le camere da letto, il bagno un po' piccolino ma molto funzionale. è stato molto accorto, ha fornito asciugamani per tutti, ed è stato molto preciso nelle indicazioni. speriamo di poter usufruire di nuovo della sua ospitalità il prossimo anno

From start to finish the kindness and quick response was amazing!! They were so helpful anytime I needed them! We arrived to Teresa with smiles and a kind gift of local wine and cold water. They also gave us great tips on things to do and places to eat. I would definitely stay here again and recommend them to friends and family!
