Nestled in an olive grove with sweeping views from the Adriatic coast to rolling hills, this recently modernized villa offers the perfect setting for memorable family gatherings and friendly escapes. The pool is always open from June to the end of September, this can be extended but may incur an additional cost depending on circumstances and what bookings we have, please ask!

The house was finished in 2013 to top standard after a couple of years of restoring an old farmhouse. The house is situated just outside the village of Palmoli. The downstairs area is an open plan kitchen/living room with a big fireplace, sofa and extendable dining table and a bathroom. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a large bathroom. The two double bedrooms have amazing views to wake up to. Outside there is a huge patio with a view and a big pool area with sun chairs and a BBQ.

Breathtaking view of the valley of the Trigno. Private pool (open from april till november). High quality garden furniture and two parasols.

Boendet har egen ingång, separerat från värdparets hem som ligger på övervåningen. Köket är komplett med gasspis, diskmaskin, kylskåp och ugn.
