E' composto da un salotto con angolo cottura, divano e caminetto con ventilatore a soffitto, una camera da letto matrimoniale ed una piccola camera con un letto singolo entrambe con a/c, un bagno con box doccia. Tutte le finestre sono munite di persiane e zanzariere. Incluso biancheria, piccolo set per il bagno, asciugacapelli. L'apertura della piscina è STAGIONALE.
