Complesso turistico residenziale molto bello nel verde della campagna toscana, a due passi dalla bellissima Sorano. Gli appartamenti ampi, sono forniti di tutti i confort, c’è una piscina molto bella con lettini, una spa e un’altra piscina nel verde con cascata I proprietari Riccardo e Claudia, sono persone molto ospitali e simpatiche, torneremo sicuramente in questo bellissimo posto !

We loved this apartment and the location was perfect. Enrico was a pleasure and was available whenever we needed. Ask about Molly, his beagle, maybe you’ll get a chance to meet her, such a sweet girl. Massa Marittima is a charming place, wish we had spent more time there!

Good value! Nice place, good pools, great countryside and fantastic neighbouring villages of Sorano and Pitigliano. And the unforgettable Cascate del Mulino, the sulphuric natural Cascade in Saturnia. We will be back

Lucas e la mamma Chiara sono ospiti ineccepibili! Gli appartamenti sono ancora più belli che nelle foto, qualsiasi minima richiesta abbiamo fatto è stata sempre accontentata e risolta immediatamente, la zona è straordinariamente bella. Assolutamente raccomandati!

We came on really short notice on the same day, even though everthing was organised perfectly - we even got a baby bed and child chair without request and we could even check in early, at 12:30pm. We really loved the natural surrounding in the middle of Tuscan countryside, but still close to Castiglione as well as lots of amazing beaches. The whole property is naturally arranged, one of the highlights is the organic veggie garden where we could pick up as many tomatoes, eggplants, etc. as we liked. The rooms were really nice, Tuscan country house style, and very clean. Highlight: we received a lot of gifts like Tuscan Spaghetti and white wine. The only thing that's not 100% perfect, rooms were slightly poorly soundproofed, but still ok. We also had no dishwasher or TV, but that's also ok when you live countryside. In addition, we had a nice terrace with own BBQ grill, fire place and really huge garden for our dog, just fantastic. We really like this place!

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche im Refugium verbringen dürfen. Die Anlage ist klein aber fein - einmalig. Die Wohnung ist modern ausgestattet und komfortabel mit perfektem WLAN. In den bequemen Betten konnten wir sehr gut schlafen, die Ruhe war extrem erholsam und entspannend. Geschätzt haben wir auch das zusätzliche Gäste-WC in der Wohnung. Vom Sitzplatz aus hatten wir einen Blick in die Ferne. Die Poolanlage war sehr sauber und gepflegt und mit Sprudeldüsen ausgestattet. Michael hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und uns Tipps für die Umgebung, Restaurants, usw. gegeben. Ebenfalls geschätzt haben wir die Nähe zum Strand. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

House and grounds are beautiful and well kept. Accommodation is clean and has everything you need. Hosts were communicative and really helpful suggesting lots todo. Ideally located a short walk into town with lots of nice bars and restaurants and plenty todo in the surrounding area. Would definitely recommend, wish we could have stayed for longer.

Die Unterkunft war makellos sauber! Umgeben von Pinienbäumen in einem sehr ruhigen Ort. Die Unterkunft bietet Parkplätze an jedoch waren alle belegt. Parken kann man trotzdem direkt an der Unterkunft am Straßenrand (kostenlos). Die Besitzerin spricht sehr gutes Englisch!

La struttura è nuovissima e attrezzata per ogni necessità, molto confortevole. l'accoglienza è stata davvero piacevole e nelle vicinanze avete il museo minerario che è davvero particolare!

Abbiamo chiesto se si potesse anticipare il check-in e la risposta è stata positiva, la camera era anche già pronta. Siamo state accolte da Claudio che fin da subito ci ha dato consigli preziosi su luoghi da visitare e posti dove mangiare. L’alloggio è come nella foto, c’è da tenere in considerazione che essendo una struttura datata c’è un po’ di umido e qualche ragnatela essendo anche immersi nella natura. La struttura è provvista di tutto il necessario: biancheria, lavandino, piano ad induzione, piccolo frigorifero, macchinetta per farsi un caffè e bollitore. Il bagno è nuovo e ben funzionante. Gli spazi esterni molto ampi e confortevoli! La struttura si trova in punto davvero strategico per girare tutte le meraviglie della Val d’orcia in macchina. Claudio è stato sempre presente e sorridente, disponibile anche per qualche chiacchiera per farci iniziare la giornata con il sorriso! Consigliato!
