In a short time you can reach destinations such as the Tuscan cities of art: Pisa (90 km), Lucca (85 km), Florence (150 km) or visit the beautiful Ligurian coast with fantastic beaches and points of interest: LERICI, PORTOVENERE, CINQUE TERRE and VERSILIA famous for shopping and its nightlife. The house is equipped with a beautiful relaxation area with swimming pool and waterfall and a spacious garden.

The Tavernetta is a large apartment in a typical Ligurian open space, located on the ground floor of our house and consists of a sleeping area with a double bed and a wardrobe, a private bathroom with a shower, an equipped kitchen, a living area with a sofa bed (2 seats) and a small outdoor courtyard. In the outdoor courtyard, there is a relaxation area with a table and chairs, from which you can go down to the Marina cliff. The rate includes a reserved parking space a 5-minute walk from the property.
