It is convenient for those coming to Verona by car or for work, being about 10 minutes from the Verona Sud exit and the exhibition center.

A large open space of 300 sqm, obtained from an ancient 18th-century stable that is part of the historic Palazzo Secco Pastore from the second half of the 15th century. Loft with large windows overlooking the porch (300 sqm) and the park enclosed by ancient walls. I furnished it with passion, creating a mix of various eras, thus obtaining an original, welcoming and comfortable style. A space deliberately out of time! Ideal if you love the real Lombard countryside. I've lived here since 1995.

L'alloggio è una casa indipendente, composta da soggiorno con divano e TV, cucina attrezzata e dotata di elettrodomestici e stoviglie, due camere matrimoniali ciascuna con il proprio bagno completo di servizi e doccia. Non mettiamo in condivisione gli ospiti. Esternamente c'è un giardino privato e un ampio spazio cortilizio dove poter parcheggiare in sicurezza i mezzi di trasporto. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, vicinissima ad una pista pedonale e ciclabile in riva al fiume Po.

Parking on payment in front of the building. Oarking will be on payment from 8 am to 8 pm and free from 8pm to 8 am (blue lines).

We pay particular attention to detail, comfort, meticulous and thorough cleaning. Upon arrival, the accommodation tax (€1.30 per person excluding minors under 14 years of age) must be paid in cash.
