It is 100 meters from the sea and a 5-minute walk from the train station. Accommodation tax of €3 per person per day only for the first 3 days, collection takes place at check-in in cash. In BREZZA MARINA, the kitchen is only for refreshments, the gas and oven are deactivated, it is a room and not an apartment, and according to Italian law, it is not possible to process food in the rooms.

The building is accessible from the main central street through a staircase (or by 2 elevators) and is 700 meters far from the central station. Once you are inside the building, you may reach the 1st floor (no elevator!)

The central square of the village, with supermarkets, restaurants, and cafés, is just a 5-minute walk away, and within 300 meters there is a pharmacy and a local restaurant.
