Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Province of Ravenna

We stayed at Peter’s place to visit Imola and Forli, and it turned out to be the perfect base for our trip. It’s just a 30 minute drive to Imola and 15 minutes to Forlì both beautiful, well worth exploring. The apartment was thoughtfully equipped, with a lovely balcony where we could enjoy both mornings and evenings. The shower stayed nice and hot, the bed was comfortable, and the kitchen had all the essentials for preparing meals. Having both a washing machine and a dryer was a huge bonus. Peter was also kind enough to provide an extra drying rack in addition to the one near the fridge, which was great for items I preferred not to tumble dry. The location was ideal, though a car is definitely recommended, as walking in the area isn’t particularly safe. There is a nearby bus stop with service into Forlì twice a day tickets can be purchased at the village tobacconist. Peter also provides helpful maps, and I especially recommend using the one marked with numbered points for exploring.

Great place! Very comfortable with parking on premises! Only negative is that the gate only operates with a key.

Il soggiorno a Faenza è stato breve,di ritorno dalla Riviera del Conero,ma piacevole.Beppe ci ha accolti amichevolmente e ci siamo sentiti veramente a casa.L'appartamento è in una ottima posizione,spazioso ed elegante.Lo consigliamo per passare qualche giorno fuori casa,ma con tutte le comodità della tua casa.

L'appartamento è molto curato, sia nelle cose più pratiche che nei dettagli. Pulito, ordinato, fornito di tutto. Abbiamo utilizzato piacevolmente la cucina ed è stato bello trovare i contenitori etichettati di zucchero e sale a disposizione. Le stoviglie, i piatti, le posate, tutto molto ben fornito e soprattutto pulito. Ottimi di vari contenitori per la raccolta differenziata della spazzatura. La camera è molto grande, il bagno è spazioso e comodo, doccia perfetta. La prima stanza entrando dove si trova la lavatrice è veramente comoda per sistemare le valigie, le scarpe. Il plus è la possibilità di parcheggiare nel cortile interno. Molto tranquillo e silenzioso, porta blindata che fa piacere. Ho trovato un unico neo: è piuttosto buio malgrado sia molto finestrato, perché si trova al piano terra con le finestre che affacciano su una corte interna, occorre tenere le luci sempre accese. Lo consiglio !

Siamo venuti a Faenza per un matrimonio. Alloggio in centro, in un antico palazzo molto bello. Alloggio pulito, con una stanza matrimoniale e un letto ampio nel soggiorno. Check-in e check-out rapidi. Siamo riusciti a trovare parcheggio subito sotto il palazzo, dove non c'è la ZTL, come da indicazioni dell'host. Esperienza ottima.

La casa è bellissima, oltre le aspettative! E’ in una posizione ottima; basta scendere le scale e si è già in centro. Dotata di ogni comfort necessario. Casa pulita e il proprietario molto cordiale e rapido nelle risposte. Quando tornerò a Milano Marittina sceglierò questo appartamento.

Posto splendido in posizione fantastica. Stefania e lo staff sono tutti molto disponibili e gentili. Lo consiglio a chiunque voglia soggiornare a Ravenna!

La casa è perfetta anche per un soggiorno prolungato (ha lavastoviglie, lavatrice e ed asciugatrice, termosifone in bagno e condizionatori Purtroppo manca totalmente la presenza fisica degli host prima, durante e dopo Per fortuna anche da “remoto” ci è stata fornita una adeguata assistenza

Sehr nette kleine Wohnung perfekt für 4 Personen. Alles zufuß erreichbar auch die rennstrecke problemlos zu erreichen.

Siamo stati a Ravenna per la notte di Capodanno. Io e i miei amici ci sian trovati bene. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la possibilità di restare più a lungo, rispetto all'orario stabilito del check-out. Luca e Daila, ci hanno anche offerto una bella bottiglia di benvenuto.

Abbiamo soggiornato per una sola notte in occasione del gran premio di Imola e la posizione è stata più che ottima per il raggiungimento dell’autodromo . Gentilissima l’accoglienza da parte di Marco , marito della Cinzia , alla quale abbiamo fatto i complimenti per la perfetta tenuta dell’abitazione e sorpresa delle sorprese la colazione preparata dalle mani magiche di Cinzia , che ci ha fatto trovare crostata ; ciambellone e biscotti preparati il giorno stesso del nostro arrivo . Per il rapporto qualità prezzo , non si può che restare PIÙ che soddisfatti. Torneremo e lo consiglio vivamente, posso metterci la faccia tranquillamente……. Appartamento moderno molto bello e spazioso, pulizia impeccabile, sale olio sapone rutto già fornito, cosa molto rara, Host gentilissimo e addirittura avete il loro account netflix sulla TV nel soggiorno, super consigliato

We had a fantastic stay at Roberto's! The welcome from Serena was so warm and friendly, it really made us feel at home right away. The apartment was lovely, and it definitely lived up to our expectations. It was exactly what we were looking for. The location was absolutely perfect for us, being so close to the racetrack – it made getting there super easy. Serena was also incredibly helpful with local recommendations. We especially enjoyed the delicious pizza place she suggested! It was great having the option to cook at the apartment on another night too. Overall, we had a brilliant time, and Serena's positive and welcoming attitude really added to our experience. We left with great vibes and would definitely recommend this place to others looking for a comfortable stay with a friendly host in a convenient location

La casa di Paolo è un piccolo gioiellino. Siamo stati benissimo, a due passi dal centro e da tutti i monumenti. Direi perfetta. Consigliata al 100%

This place is a gem! We stayed here before our cruise and absolutely loved it. There were UNESCO sites at our doorstep and a beautiful Piazza nearby. It’s in the heart of Ravenna where you can walk to shops and restaurants. Alessandro is a fabulous host and even helped us secure a taxi to the port. Our stay in this beautiful city was magical!

Such a fantastic place to stay in Porto Corsini! It was walking distance from the cruise terminal, and was a nice and quiet place to relax. The beach is very close by with stores on the way. Super nice sand with wind surfing and fishing.

Tolle Unterkunft, gut eingerichtet, perfekt ausgestattet, bequemes Bett, schöne Balkone, Badezimmer mit Fenster. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus liegt in einem angenehmen, ruhigen Wohnviertel, in 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuß in der Innenstadt, einen Supermarkt gibt es in der Nähe. Rundherum ein gelungener Aufenthalt in Ravenna. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Die Kommunikation mit Anna und Paolo war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert, einen besseren Ort, Ravenna zu entdecken, kann es kaum geben.

Miriam has good advice on what to visit nearby. The kitchen is well equipped and on arrival you have already some coffee, milk, salmon and spaghetti in the cupboard. The place feels unique as it is not equipped with the ubiquitous ikea furniture. The terrace in the well-maintained garden is refreshing when sun is out. Quiet neigbourhood, we slept well. A supermarket closeby has everything you need. We would gladly return, thx !

Marco’s place truly over-delivered on every expectation. The apartment is stunning – beautifully renovated, full of natural light, and so well-thought-out that you instantly feel at home. It’s not just a stopover kind of place – you’ll want to spend a few days here to really enjoy it. Everything was pristine clean and modern, with unique touches throughout. The reading corner in particular is such a charming, cozy spot – a real highlight that makes the space feel special. I honestly wish I had stayed longer! One small note of caution: in one of the two bathrooms (the one with the bathtub), there’s a low beam that could be easy to bump your head on – just something to keep in mind. Other than that, this was one of the most beautiful stays I’ve had. The surroundings are incredibly peaceful and atmospheric, like stepping into a small village. You’ll need to park the car about 4 minutes away, but it’s absolutely worth it for the calm and the pedestrian-only vibe.

Monica was an absolute angel. We can’t thank her enough for making our trip so easy and effortless. She really went above and beyond, and we can’t be more thankful. Grazie mille!

Stayed in the apartment with me, my husband and 3 teenagers. The apartment was perfect. Great location, easy walk to Ravenna sites and train station . Good restaurants also within walking distance. Antonio and Monica were so helpful, met us on arrival and had many helpful suggestions Highly recommend

Très beau appartement situé en plein centre de la ville historique Imola proche des transports et magasins très propre et confortable que dire de plus " parfait " sans oublié le petit déjeuner bien sympathique avec beaucoup de choix surtout on a été gâtée . Une propriétaire accueillante bien sympathiqu, une bonne communication ( répond toute suite ) 😉👍. On a passé un super séjour de 4 nuits en couple, je vous remercie pour tout et au plaisir de revenir chez vous ❤
