There is a very spacious living area with a sofa and fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped and communicates with the garden and the pool through glass shutters. The bathroom upstairs has a walk-in shower. Outside, a lovely patio with barbecue and view on the rolling hills of Campania. Also, a table and chairs for outside dining, and sunbeds and deckchairs to relax in the sun.

Zona tranquilla, silenziosa e allo stesso tempo vicino al borgo di Agerola sul sentiero degli dei. E' previsto il pagamento della tassa di soggiorno all'arrivo, con un grande giardino attrezzato dove è possibile rilassarsi al sole con sdraio e ombrellone. (NB con l'arrivo dell'impianto fotovoltaico e possibile caricare anche la macchina elettrica direttamente in struttura).

The house is located in the upper area of Minori, you can reach it by climbing a staircase of 180 steps that start from the street, near the paid parking lot (€15.00 per day). We continue on the farm. The route might be a bit challenging, but the view is breathtaking. The house has an outdoor garden and a private sun terrace with a shower, table, and chairs; it is not shared. Maximum privacy is guaranteed. Tourist tax: €2.00 per day, excluding children up to 14 years of age.
