Holiday rentals with beach access in Province of Terni

Excellent location, set in nature yet close to town, lake, and other amenities. Well fit-out accommodation, though a kettle and a couple of other basic kitchen items weren't included. Great option for pure peace and relaxation with no frills.

We had a wonderful weekend, the place is wonderful, the house is perfect, clean, tidy and the kitchen has everything you need. Having breakfast while looking at the lake is enchanting!!! The owner is a very kind person, we had a great time. We will definitely be back.

My husband Matteo, my two children and I stayed in Giulio's chalet from May 26 to 28, 2023 and we had a really great time. The cottage is surrounded by beautiful nature, with a well-kept lawn, a stone's throw from the lake. For those traveling with children or teenagers, the place allows children to have fun and parents to relax, there is the possibility to use a very nice swimming pool and soccer goals (my children spent wonderful days between soccer, lake and swimming pool). It's a place for those who love silence and uncrowded spaces, at least now in May there were very few people. By car, you can easily visit the various towns and eat in delicious restaurants. Giulio is a considerate and kind host, we will certainly be back!

the apartment is located on the main street of Marta, very close to the long lake. Very clean apartment in every room. Alessia is a great host, and makes guests feel immediately at ease. The house has everything you need, and I emphasize that I have rarely found in the various apartments where I have been a fire extinguisher and a blanket, this makes you understand how attentive you are to everything. Highly recommended to stay and be able to visit everything in the area. Thank you, and see you soon.

We stayed here as a little pit stop between going to a wedding and going to see Pompeii. It was perfect for what we needed. The town is very pretty and the hosts offers lots of lovely extras, pool and private access to the lake.

I spent a weekend in this wonderful villa, a stone's throw from the beach of Lake Bolsena. The house has been recently renovated, beautiful, comfortable and very clean. The attention to detail is immediately noticeable, the kitchen is fully equipped and brand new, I did not use the washing machine, but it was present. The sofa in the living room is extremely comfortable and can be opened to become a 2-seater island. The bed in my room was very comfortable and it was a pleasure to wake up in the morning and look out into nature. The house does not have a private beach, but the lake shore is about 50 meters on foot from the entrance gate. The presence of deckchairs for sunbathing in the garden and the outdoor shower is very welcome! I had a great time and I'm sure I'll be back with friends. Gabriele was a very helpful host and ready for any suggestions. In short, I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay in the area!

Really nice place for our needs. Stefano and Marta made us feel comfortable: we were impeccably welcomed in an accommodation that was exactly what we expected. Lots of positive surprises. To recommend and keep in mind for the future... Five deserved stars!

Staying at Paolo's place was really relaxing. Everything was as described and the location was really great, a two-minute walk to the lake and not far from beaches and restaurants. A special compliment goes to the host's availability who has always responded quickly and kindly. Highly recommended

We spent 2 nights in Bolsena, which we didn't know. We had a really good time, surprised by the town, with well-kept streets, full of flowers and small shops with crafts. We met kind and helpful people who provided us with information. Satisfied with the visit to the Monaldeschi castle, with a museum and small aquarium. The Basilica of Santa Cristina is also interesting. We had excellent dinners in several restaurants. Casa Francesco is in a strategic position, as you can reach the various interesting points of Bolsena on foot. The apartment is very nice, with modern and functional furniture. The garden is well-kept, with many flowers. Hosts are kind and helpful.

Apartment with large spaces. We stayed 2 nights in 4, they had a great time. Paolo, Floriana's son, always available and very kind. House also stocked with new coffee and soaps. Really great hospitality. Strategic if you want to sell the surroundings and stay by the lake.

Together with my family, I just had a fantastic stay in Marco and Barbara's apartment. They were exceptional hosts, very welcoming and always available to give us advice on places to visit. The apartment has a breathtaking view of the lake, truly a corner of paradise. Moreover, the location is perfect for those who want to visit the Marmore Waterfall, which is just a few minutes away. The house is impeccable: very clean, well maintained and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The space is perfect for those seeking tranquility, but also for those who want to explore the surroundings. I highly recommend this apartment!

The best Airbnb experience we ever had! I have no words to describe Andrea hospitality and his place. The house is amazing, beautiful and very comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped and is brand new! The bed is comfortable and the room view of the lake is a plus! We had a great time and would be back for sure! Andrea is the best guest and helped us with everything we need! The Jacuzzi is amazing . I recommend this place for everybody! Thank you Andrea for everything you did to us!
