Our balcony had one of the best sea views we have ever had. Absolutely stunning. We went mid October and the weather was fabulous. Fantastic snorkelling in front of the villa in crystal clear calm waters. Tough walk if you want to go by foot to the nearest bar but we had a car so it wasn't a problem. Local firm are happy to collect you from the barrier and take you to Pizzo in a Tuk Tuk (great fun) which cost 5 euros each. Villa and surrounding area felt very safe and secure. Great location right by the sea, a beautiful sunset every day, only a short walk to the beach and crystal clear sea, we enjoyed our holidays in Santa Maria very much! The surrounding area with Capo Vaticano, Grotticelle beach and Tropea is also worth a visit. The house part is simple, but well furnished, always warm water and everything very clean. Well-equipped kitchen. Many thanks also to Aunt Anna, who looked after us very warmly and helpfully, and finally even drove us to the train station. Thanks a lot!

It was a pleasure to stay in Mrs. Maria's apartment, a wonderful person and always available to answer our questions. The apartment is in a quiet area of Tropea and the view from the terrace is truly unique. I recommend Mrs. Maria's apartment, she makes you feel at home, kind, friendly and always available. Cristina was very friendly and helpful host. Her apartment was clean and had everything we needed. It has lovely garden with a lemon tree. You need a car to access beautiful surroundings of Tropea, Pizzo, Capo del Vaticano, Zambrione beach (beautiful private place).

we had a great time. The house remains on the hill is a beautiful villa just surrounded by ample green space and trees. We fell in love with the canopy so much that sometimes I don't hide that you preferred to spend there in our afternoon instead of going to the sea. About 350 meters above sea level but still very close to the most beautiful beaches. (about 10 minutes by car) the house does not lack anything and in any case Lucrezia has always made herself very available. For those who love tranquility, peace, cool and want to get to know the real Calabria made of friendly and sociable people, then this house is for you. Don't be afraid of the lack of air conditioners because you don't need to sleep at close windows. Ah very important: There are no mosquitoes!!

Staying here was one of the best AirBnB experiences I have had. The place was super clean, we immediately felt right at home, and there was even more than we expected. The historic center of Tropea is just a 15-20 minute walk away and the beach is less than 10 minutes away. Francesco also reached out just to make sure we had everything we needed and gave great local recommendations. I’d highly recommend staying here to anybody!

We had a great time in this small residence, which has a small bar with a rotisserie and a diner service for lunch. The staff has always been friendly and helpful for information. Apartment equipped with air conditioning. Residence practically on the sea with deckchair and umbrella service included. There is also a swimming pool but we considered the sea beautiful and did not use it. Car parking spaces are available inside the residence with anti-hail covers.

Beautiful house with a huge sun lounger overlooking the sea. Extremely equipped with everything, both as tools and appliances in the kitchen, and as detergents and cleaning products. A stone's throw from the beautiful marina beach of Zambrone (very clean but immediately deep water). You are a 10-minute drive from Tropea, where there is also a Eurospin to do shopping, which I highly recommend because in the neighboring markets they fill you. Great house in a great place 👍

We had a great time. The apartment is very clean and well maintained and you will find everything you need. The hosts are very friendly, super helpful and easy to reach. The location is also great, very close to the beach and also to Tropea. There are many mosquitoes there but good, dense nets in front of the windows so they can't get in. So no problem.

There were two of us staying in the accommodation for 8 nights and were more than satisfied. The place is very nice and quiet. Everything is in perfect condition and very clean. The accommodation offers everything that is also in the description. We were able to park in front of the house very easily. The key is handed over from there via an acquaintance and was very flexible. Communication with the hosts was also excellent. We received a small self-written guide in advance, which has told us all about the accommodation and the most beautiful destinations in the area. If you had any questions or problems, the hosts were available very quickly and helped us directly. In addition, the two are very friendly and have given us some good tips on which restaurants and attractions are still available. We had a wonderful holiday experience all around and can fully recommend it. :) We will be happy to come back! :D

I recently stayed in this villa that turned out to be an excellent choice. The property is modern, clean and perfectly equipped with all the services indicated. Every detail is taken care of and the rooms are cozy, making the stay really pleasant. Nearby you can easily find pizzerias and other comfortable places, ideal for those who want to enjoy a meal without going too far. Also, the sea is beautiful and a short distance away, which made the days even more relaxing. I highly recommend this accommodation to those looking for a comfortable and well located place for holidays.
