Arguably the best location in SLC if you want a great view and easy access to Big & Little Cottonwood. It's also convenient to everything else in SLC and even Park City - easy on/off the I-215 Belt Route. Every room in the place has a great view of the city & amazing sunset. The large covered porch was exceptionally nice to enjoy after a day of skiing or work. The neighborhood is one of the nicest & safest in SLC and an excellent area to walk/hike/bike. You feel very disconnected from the activity in the city below. The kitchen was fully stocked and we cooked often , as well as using the almost new gas grill on the porch. If you like dogs, you'll love their 2 rescue dogs that treated us like family the entire time. This added to the comfortable feel and safety aspect of the place. Jennifer & Bill were great hosts and I enjoyed having them around. I will stay here again if the opportunity presents itself.

Cozy, well-designed and peaceful cottage with amenities at the back of a lovely yard. Walking distance to a cluster of great food options and a fantastic bookstore. Quiet neighborhood with well-tended gardens.

This loft was a fantastic home away from home while I was in Salt Lake City for a conference. Especially useful for me were the reverse osmosis water spigot and the Washer/dryer. I didn’t use the hot tub (it was 95 out) but I’m sure it would have been great. Chiedu was great from my limited interactions with him! I was simply jet lagged and busy but I wish we could have talked more!

Jim and his place were awesome! He’s super friendly and has great local recommendations. The place is great for a solo traveler like myself. Walkable to all the best spots, clean and comfortable

Just as described and pictured. Convenient location to our family that lives in Cottonwood Heights. Clean, quiet, and working heat and air conditioning which was needed due to change in temperatures while we were there. Would stay there again if it works out.

I really enjoyed staying here! The location is unbeatable, it’s a 2 or 3 minute walk from downtown Holladay which was super convenient. The fenced in yard was very nice for my dog as well. It was nice!

Very new, clean and well appointed. I needed a 2 day stop over on a very long trip so laundry, TV streaming choices, were much appreciated in addition to comfy & clean environment. But not easy to find in cookie cutter neighborhood.

Very zen space with amazing host. After our Utah desert adventures this was the perfect spot to reset and get to the airport. We had some itinerary changes and requests that jourdan was very accomodating to. This space was connected to the host but was set up to be very secluded. This was beneficial for one of our requests (needed a scale to weigh out our luggage to bring home cool rocks) The bed was so comfortable, much needed after camping and we were happy to have the ability to do some laundry before packing. Highly recommend staying here.

Ciara’s place was awesome. It was easy to get to, private, peaceful, spotless and beautiful. It’s the first time we’ve been to a place where we can do a self-check-in, which made it quite flexible. Even though we didn’t need to get in touch with Ciara that much (you enter with a numbered password, instructions are super clear, there’s even a recommendations booklet in the room) she was very responsive the few times we contacted her. On top of all that, if you are into shopping, there’s a bunch of places to go to from walking distance. We’ll definitely stay here again when we visit our friends in the future.

Probably the best AirBnB we’ve stayed in - Melanie has thought of everything! Kitchen was perfectly kitted out for cooking with literally everything you could possibly need and in great condition. Place was sparkling clean and nicely decorated. And robes provided in the wardrobe - who could ask for anything more? We will be back for sure.

Just had my second stay at this place - definitely recommend if you’re visiting SLC! Communication is top notch, great location, and a super cute place! Plus, pet friendly!

We stayed for a weekend away in SLC and the blue barn was a great fit! The location was quiet and comfortable and we were close to everything we needed. If you have a car, note that the street has 2 hour parking during the day.

Clay's place was great! Clay was very friendly and we enjoyed meeting his white racing pigeons. the location was great, beds comfortable, clean, and spacious

This was a great place to stay. The house is advertised as hosting up to 10 people, and we had a full 10 in our group. The accommodations were comfortable and the place was very clean. The only drawback was that there was only 1 bathroom. The house description states that there is only 1, so that was my fault for not paying attention to that. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay

We had a great stay at this peaceful private home that we referred to as “our tree house”. Close to Sundance and all the activities, restaurants, and fun that Sundance has to offer. We will definitely be back! Jason & Kara Olenio, Luna)Blu

Henri did a great conversion of the garage into a very comfortable studio with 2 beds downstairs and an office loft with a sofa. He also added a blackout curtain around the bedroom area for total darkness and it really dampens the sounds as well, but the place is very quiet, no road noises, only birds chirping. Plenty of room and everything you will need for a comfortable stay is provided. He has really thought of everything. This place is in an excellent location and a very good value.

I have enjoyed the comfort of Mark’s cottage in the past and found the space equally enjoyable this visit. It is the perfect location for my travels to family in the area. All the amenities are available with a comfortable spot to place your head! Mark’s space is wonderful.

The place was quiet and peaceful and close to the ski resort and some good restaurants. The road back to it was beautiful as well. The only tricky thing was the tv wouldn’t work.

Savannah’s guesthouse is beautifully and thoughtfully designed and furnished. The space was constructed with high-end finishes and an obvious attention to every detail. Everything is new and spotless. It is spacious and has a fully-equipped kitchen, an elegantly decorated bathroom, and a comfortable bed. I stayed for only one night while passing through, so I was not able to explore the area, but the neighborhood seemed very nice. Savannah is a very attentive and gracious host. I would happily stay at the guesthouse again.

Great stay at this spot! Beautiful place, exactly like pictured and super cute. Loved ending the night sitting out by the koi fish. Quiet neighborhood and perfect for a peaceful weekend!

The guesthouse locates in a serene and peaceful community, while within walking distance for access to the city downtown. The interior is so clean, comfortable and well-appointed, with all the necessary amenities. It really feels like home! I was particularly impressed how close to the State Capitol, which was perfect for enjoying a night walk with the view of downtown after a busy day. There’s also a breathtaking trail to the Ensign Peak which was just a few minutes walk to get started. Overall, I really enjoyed the stay and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and rejuvenating getaway.
