A house overlooking the sea, in a beautiful, quiet district of Gdynia, 3 minutes' walk from the beach and 1.5 km from the boulevard. Nearby, there is a bar with waffles and ice cream, and a meadow with a fire pit and a playground for children. The nearest bus stop is a 7-minute walk from the house, from which the bus runs to the city center of Gdynia (20 min). It is an ideal place for a quiet holiday away from the crowds of tourists, with the possibility of easy access and sightseeing.

The house is located in the Northern Kashubia, 700 m from Lake Choczewski and 15 km from the sea (17 min by car to Białogóra and 25 min to Dębek). Lake Choczewskie is mostly surrounded by anglers. The house is located among recreational plots (Natura 2000 area). There are wonderful bike trails and horseback paths all around.
