My experience was excellent. The place not only met, but exceeded my expectations: very quiet, with all the necessary amenities and an incredible view of the sea. Ideal for resting, relaxing and disconnecting from the daily pace. In addition, the host was super friendly and attentive at all times, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Definitely a place I'd love to go back to.

The building has a 24 hour doorman which is extremely helpful for late arrivals as well as secure. The overall location is one of the best in Lima. The boardwalk out front is super for exercise or a stroll. The ocean view is ever changing and awesome to watch. (Plus, we had beautiful weather!) The kitchen was well equipped, (coffee maker, hot water pot, blender, microwave etc). The bathrooms were great and had a hair dryer which was very convenient. Internet was great. The unit has a washer/dryer combo which we used halfway through our week. The hosts and co-hosts were responsive and friendly. Their written instructions were very clear and helpful. Overall - we would rent this unit again with no hesitations. Thank you Edson, Christian, and Sophia.

The stay was amazing. The place is right in front of the sea, with a spectacular view that is enjoyed from any corner. Everything was clean, well equipped and very cozy. Also, the host was very friendly and responsive throughout our entire visit. I would definitely come back!

We stayed during my son's marriage and it was a wonderful experience. The house was spacious, very clean, with lawn, swimming pool and a spectacular ocean view. Mr. Alejandro and his assistant were very helpful and kind. Ideal for special moments. Recommended!

The condominium staff is very friendly, always attentive. I had a mishap and the owners helped me solve it quickly, they are always attentive and very friendly. It looks small but it's enough to get away for a moment from the city with the family. I would recommend it

The condominium and apartment are in excellent condition, well maintained and equipped for a comfortable and pleasant stay. A real pleasure to arrive at a place like this. The kitchen is very well equipped, with an excellent refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, filtered coffee maker and more. The TVs have streaming apps enabled (I used Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and Disney+ without any problems), and the sound systems are of very good quality. The décor and furnishings create a welcoming vibe. The condominium works impeccably, with operational facilities, well-maintained pools and a practical restaurant. Some details to consider: parking is somewhat tight (Toyota Rav4 with 20 cm margin per side). On weekends there are more people, but the use control in the family pool allows rotation and good access. I'd like to highlight the communication with Giancarlo, always attentive and quick to respond. In short, an excellent stay in a beautiful place.

Yuly’s place is unique and comfortable. She was such a sweet and responsive host! She gave plenty of recommendations for things to do and restaurants to try! She always made sure we were comfortable and happy during our stay! Her place is special and has all the necessary amenities plus more! We had plenty of water and juice, soda, beer, and champagne waiting for us. Also snacks! The jacuzzi is a great bonus, and the patio is peaceful. I would love to book with her again.

One of the nicest places we’ve stayed in (we travel full-time so we know!). A helpful 24-7 doorman was terrific. Lay-out: A spacious living room that leads out onto the deck with a huge TV. Two b’rooms/3 bathrooms made it private and comfortable for 4 of us when friends visited for a few days. Huge with lots of storage space. Comfy beds. Amenities: The washer-dryer combo is perfect for a longer stay. A large refrigerator, gas stove, knife block and adequate cooking utensils allowed us to have a lot of home meals. The Neighborhood—on the edge of Miraflores—the bus took 14 minutes to the district’s center. We were 3 blocks from a large park overlooking the beach with dozens of restaurants within walking distance. There is a lovely market two blocks away and 2 bodegas within the block. A liquor store across the street. And lovely bakery within 2 blocks (and a meat shop!). Rappi easily delivered meals and groceries. It is a noisy, vibrant Lima neighborhood. We loved it.

Amazing View! The apartment is very well located and with a wonderful view. It has 3 bedrooms being 1 with king bed and 2 with double beds. Close to several wonderful restaurants like La Mar and El Mercato. It has a beautiful public green area in front of the building, good for walks and sightseeing. If you are going to Lima and wish to stay in Miraflores, I recommend this apartment.

This was the best Airbnb of my life. Just amazing. The views were great. The sounds of the ocean. The safe neighborhood. The climate. This is the spot to choose. I will be back for sure.
