I recently went to Smith Gardens in Pondicherry, and honestly, it was such a beautiful experience. The place had this calm and peaceful vibe that just makes you want to sit back and relax. Everything around was so neat and well taken care of. What I really loved was how friendly and helpful the people there were — they made us feel super comfortable and were happy to help with anything we needed. It’s definitely a place I’d love to go back... My kids also enjoyed there a lot and it's child friendly too...

I had a wonderful 4-day long stay at Mr.Rudresh's Vintage Homestay. The rooms are very lovely and very spacious, with clean bathrooms and quick water heating applications for cold weather conditions. The veranda is incredibly large and perfect for a sip of tea on a cold rainy day. If you have kids, you could not ask for a better place for them to have fun. Considering the tucked in location this homestay sits in, about 26 km into the hills, I would recommend this place be travelled to by car and during drier seasons. Nevertheless, it was a unique and truly satisfying experience. The food was delicious and fulfilling and the host and his family were very kind and hospitable towards their guests. And to Mr.Rudresh - Thank you so much once again🙏🙏

While there were a few minor hiccups at the beginning, what really made a difference was the dedication and responsiveness of the caretaker. He handled everything calmly and efficiently, making sure our stay was comfortable and stress-free. The location is great—peaceful yet well-connected to key spots in the city. Whether it was stepping out for local food or exploring nearby beaches and attractions, everything was within easy reach. Thanks to the caretaker’s effort and attitude, we were able to enjoy our time at the property and felt well taken care of. Definitely a good choice for a short getaway in Calicut!

The host Aparajita is super cool, she knows what a tourist want, i was with my family she listened to every thing properly and every time gave quick resolution. She also provided a list of places and Cafes to visit. The house was also maintained so good. Every necessary items was there. No need to go outside. Big thanks to Aparajita mam.

Highly recommend this stay! Our group stayed here for a wedding, and the location was perfect—less than a five-minute drive to the venue. While the entrance is unmarked and can be initially confusing to find, Google Maps guides you accurately. The space matched the photos—clean, with a beautiful pool (perfect for late night swims), property, house, and private beach. The kitchen, living areas, and bedrooms were spotless. The food was outstanding. Breakfast is included, while lunch, dinner, and snacks are affordable à la carte options. Chef Sendhil and his team were incredibly responsive to last-minute requests, from midday samosas to coffee/chai refills. The quality rivaled my mom’s homemade South Indian cooking and truly elevated our experience. The service was exceptional. Whether we needed bug spray or a new WiFi dongle for faster internet, Rekha and Teja responded quickly and efficiently, exceeding our expectations. The staff cleaned our rooms quickly but thoroughly.

We had a wonderful stay at Cedar House Marasur from May 29–30, made even more special as we celebrated my father’s 70th birthday there. The property is beautifully designed, peaceful, and surrounded by nature—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully done. We were a party of 14 people (10 adults and 4 kids) and there was more than enough place for all of us. The large pool was beautiful, clean and well maintained. The hosts were incredibly warm and helpful, making our celebration feel truly special. Highly recommend Cedar House for anyone looking for a serene and memorable stay!

We booked the place for 2 days for my family of 5, the stay was very comfortable and beautiful. Prasad has been very helpful and friendly throughout our stay. We had reached earlier than the check-in time, Prasad has provided a temporary place for us to freshen up, which was absolutely a life saver. It was raining almost he entire time as we went in mid June, Prasad has provided 3 umbrellas for us while we went for local sight seeing, again a absolute life saver. He has hooked us up with local driver making local commute easy. The property itself is very neatly maintained with attention to detail, lots of books, games very placed all over the property for us to enjoy. The staff were polite and responsive. Overall, the price we paid was very worth it.

Our stay was comfortable and the place was as described (in fact, better) - great for a weekend getaway. The check in was smooth and the help was available to answer any questions we might have. Would definitely visit again!

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The place & amenities were exactly as described. The place was amazingly clean and well furnished. Perfect place in ECR with proximity to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed it.

Easily one of the best stays, you can find on Airbnb along the East coast road. The hospitality was too good. The caretakers at the property were genuinely concerned about us and accompanied us even during late night walks to the private beach. I had my doubts during booking as there are no good restaurants nearby the accommodation, but the food prepared by the cooks were too good. We ended up eating both dinner and breakfast at the Bnb! Pool slide, ATV, Kayak, Cycles, outdoor games were standout of this place! Thank you Venkat for hosting us!

En Vilasam - a place which made us feel right at home from the moment we stepped in. Ashish and the team were very helpful and friendly in organising the stay. The staff at the villa were very sweet to accommodate our requests. My furry baby was a awesome time running in the garden , beach and watching the fishes in the koi pond. Definitely recommend for people who are looking for an offbeat location and stay.

We stayed here for 2days. It was totally worth due to its location. The balcony has a beautiful view point 24x7. At night you have beautiful lighting and during day time you will be having best nature view. Sometimes even you can feel the cloud/fog. It’s a great place to chill out. The host was always proactively communicating. Enjoyed our stay here.

The entire 3 days that we got to spend at Nandan's home was nothing short of a beautiful experience. The location was a little tricky for our taxi driver to get through due to the steepness of the hilly surrounding but Nandan's caretakers was present and helped us with all our luggage. The unexpected rainfall did dampen our itinerary wishes but the beautiful and peaceful surrounding at Kaayamkaad surpassed that. The caretakers took very good care of us and made us feel at home. Highly recommend this beautiful little spot in madikeri. looking forward to our next trip when in India.

This is a really beautiful farm stay nestled at the foothills. For those looking for call, quiet and nature - it is a great stay. The hosts were very helpful and warm. We enjoyed morning/evening strolls around the farm, spotted half a dozen peacocks/hens among other birds, witnessed beautiful sunrises and sunsets and experienced a thunderstorm.. all in the course of a weekend. We would love to come back here again.

We visited the property as a group of 5 families with kids varying from 4 yrs to 17. It was a pleasant stay, the caretakers were always happy to help though we had multiple requests through the stay ranging from different foods to helps with additional bed spreads and towels. Thanks a lot to them. The close by water spot shared by Jagruthi was perfect and private for our group to have a fun time. since we visited during the dry season (summer) the water levels were much lower but did not dampen our fun quotient. Over all a great stay. Thanks to Jagruthi and her staff, who even helped retrieving and delivering a lost wallet to Bangalore. Thank you and wishing you guys the best!

Far away from the hustle and bustle, this place is a gem!! Completely out of the world!! The caretaker Venkatesh was extremely helpful!!!

a great place to host families during occasions as well as hosting parties with friends. Well equipped. AC in one room only. a lot of mosquitos in the balcony, which is expected, but then had repellents at hand. Overall, a great stay. More on the expensive end.

Photos doesn’t do justice to the place. The property and location is much more beautiful than described. Host shouldn’t consider a redo on photoshoot. Whenever I come Wayanad, I’ll stay here. There’s no debate about it. Just book it.
