Welcome! Ideal house for couples, families and/or groups in Fracc. Private with 24 hour security. 5 minutes from Av. Juarez (Access to Puebla Center), 10 minutes from Volkswagen, 15 minutes from Cholula, 5 minutes from Galerías Serdán Shopping Center, 15 minutes from Angelópolis Shopping Center. Next to the subdivision, there is a Walmart and a Mega Comercial Mexicana. 3 parking spaces and common areas in the subdivision with children's games, basketball court and barbecues.

Future guests! Our home is located in the heart of Cholula. It is known for its 365 churches, as well as its pyramids. The climate here is perfect. Restaurants, local shops, night life and landmarks are located within walking distance. There are two main attractions. La Iglesia de Nuestra Senora de los Remedios, a church that rests on top of the pyramid with a beautiful view of Cholula. The other is La Piramide de Cholula. Tourists from all over the world stop by and visit.

This cozy and elegant accommodation is ideal for families or friends looking for a safe and comfortable place. It is a complete house with 2 floors, 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom. Located within a subdivision with controlled access, 15 minutes from the historic center, 5 minutes from the bus station and very close to the exit to the Mexico-Puebla highway. You will feel right at home and you can enjoy all its comfortable spaces.

Beautiful house with excellent lighting located a few minutes from the historic center on foot. Nearby you will find the entrance to the Puebla tunnels, one of the city's main tourist attractions. Next to it are the Forts of Loreto and Guadalupe, famous for the battle of May 5. There is also the cable car and the Expo Center, where the Puebla Fair is held every year. It is also very close to the Convention Center. It is NOT inside a subdivision
