From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and easy. The apartment was calm, clean, and incredibly relaxing. We loved the warm pool, the quiet atmosphere, and the convenience of having parking. It felt like a peaceful retreat in a great location. Would definitely stay again!

La estancia superó mis expectativas: la comunicación con el anfitrión fue rápida y muy amable, la ubicación es inmejorable (cerca de todo y en un barrio tranquilo) y la casa está impecable: limpia, bien equipada y muy cómoda. Sin duda, ¡volvería y lo recomiendo al 100%!

appartement très bien équipé, très propre, avec une vue imprenable. La place de parking est un plus non négligeable. la localisation permet de rayonner facilement sur toute l île. Mein erstes Mal mit einem Van unterwegs und es war Super! Es ist zwar schon ein etwas älteres Modell aber es erfüllt seinen Zweck! Genug Power um jeden Berg hochzukommen. Ich habe sehr gut geschlafen und mich direkt wohl gefühlt. Es ist so ziemlich alles drin was man braucht. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist meiner Meinung nach Top! Danke für diese tolle Erfahrung!

Josh and José are super nice hosts, always responsive and helpful to answer any questions. The house is just as nice and clean as it is in the pictures, can’t love it more. The spot is convenient for going anywhere with a car. Would highly recommend for anyone who wants to visit Tenerife!

Die Unterkunft sieht noch besser aus als auf den Bildern, wirklich magisch! Selten eine Unterkunft mit so viel Liebe zum Detail bewohnt! Super sauber und auch mit alle ausgestattet! Javier selbst ist super unterstützend und war sofort erreichbar, auch abends - danke!

Javier was hands down one of the best hosts I’ve ever had the pleasure to stay with. He‘s always quick to reply, caring, friendly and just such a positive person. His apartment features an unmatchable view, basically straight from heaven - you wake up and fall in love with what you see. I‘m also in love with the small details like binoculars to enjoy the view even more. Javier even messages us around the time of arrival, welcoming us, which I think is a really kind gesture and shows that he’s indeed a caring host! He was also quick to provide us some restaurant recommendations :) Parking is totally fine, you park on the street in front of the building - walking distance is between 2-5 minutes depending on how lucky you got while looking for a parking spot. Last but not least, we were also offered to check out late, which perfectly matched our plans :) We’ll 100% come back and stay here again, thank you so much Javier!

We had the pleasure of staying at Xavier’s little paradise. If you’re looking for a place where you can find peace and be surrounded by beautiful tropical flora, book this place! The house is very comfortable, with a good mattress and pillows, and everything you need to prepare nice meals. Xavier is an excellent and extremely kind host. We’ll definitely book this place again!

We booked the apartment to be close to our daughter and family. It was spacious for the two of us & within an easy walk of both restaurants and smaller supermarkets The area is not overly touristy which suited us perfectly We were met by the host on arrival and there was plenty of free car parking spaces close by. It absolutely met our needs and exceeded our expectations. It is likely we will come back

Wir wurden von Veronicas Eltern sehr herzlich und symphatisch empfangen, sie zeigten uns liebevoll sowohl die Wohnung wie auch die nähere Umgebung. Die Wohnung entspricht in jeder Hinsicht absolut den Fotos, tolle Ausstattung und extrem sauber. Der direkte Blick auf den Atlantik ist unbeschreiblich schön und eindrucksvoll. Es gibt einen privaten Stellplatz in der angrenzenden Garage, was super bequem ist. Die Kommunikation mit Veronica ist sehr sympathisch und reaktionsschnell, in jeder Hinsicht toll. Wir haben uns wirklich gleich wie Zuhause gefühlt, ein größeres Komplment kann man eigentlich keiner Gastgeberin machen. Ein ganz herzlichen Gracias an Veronica und ihre super sympathischen Eltern, wir (Anne und Frank) kommen gerne einmal wieder nach Tabaiba, Saludos cordiales !

Wir hatten eine traumhafte Zeit in der Villa Ocean. Einen großen Anteil daran hatte Ivan, unser Gastgeber. Immer freundlich, immer erreichbar, immer hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Wir waren mit 8 Erwachsenen in dem sehr großen Haus. Von Terrasse und Pool (besser aufheizen lassen) aus hat man einen traumhaften Meerblick. Die Zimmer sind sehr nett eingerichtet, die beiden oberen Schlafzimmer haben eigene Bäder und Meerblick. Die beiden Zimmer im Erdgeschoss sind bis auf Oberlichter fensterlos und haben ein gemeinsames Bad, was aber völlig unproblematisch war. Drinnen und draußen gibt es je einen großen Esstisch. Die Küche ist mit allem Notwendigen gut ausgestattet. Grill und Bierzapfanlage wurden von uns viel genutzt. Von der nahen Autobahn hört man aufgrund der Lage des Hauses nichts. In der Umgebung gibt viel zu sehen, zu erwandern und zu genießen. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt, kommen sicher wieder und empfehlen das Haus UND den Gastgeber!

Wir waren zum dritten Mal zu Gast in Natalias schöner und äußerst komplett ausgestatteten Wohnung. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und werden gerne wieder kommen.

The apartment is literally everything what an experienced traveller needs and wants. The view is amazing. Sunrises and sunsets at the roof/balcony are wonderful! The house itself is fully equiped and it has everything listed in the description. The place is super-local, which makes it super quiet and perfect for families and people who value peace and quiet. The place has quick access to the highway, so you can very easily reach all parts of Tenerife. The host is very responsive and kind and his housekeeper is very kind and helpful. I have only the best words about this rental and I would recommend it to everyone!

Liebe Andrés und Natasha, Danke das ihr dieses Traumhaus am Meer für Gäste zugänglich gemacht habt. Für uns das schönste Airbnb, das wir je hatten. Es ist ein wahres Schmuckstück, wunderschön eingerichtet und verfügt über hohe Räume mit spannendem Grundriss. Es ist direkt am Meer und leicht zu finden. Die verschiedenen Terrassen und Fensterfronten waren der Wahnsinn. So konnten wir beispielsweise unsere Kindern vom unteren Sitzplatz entspannt im Liegestuhl beim spielen am Strand zusehen. Alle Räume sind sehr inspirierend und das ständige Rauschen der Wellen hat uns sehr entspannt schlafen lassen. Die Aussicht aus dem Wohnzimmer und dem oberen Schlafzimmer ist einmalig und sehr romantisch. Alles war sehr sauber und die Betten sehr bequem. Bei diesen Umständen war es auch nicht schlimm, dass das WLAN ein paar mal ausgefallen war. (Ursache war Stromausfall im Ort/ Netzausfall in Teneriffa). nous avons un excellent séjour dans l'appartement de Maya. tout était décoré avec goût. la terrasse est très grande, très agréable et la vue magnifique. emplacement de parking dans un garage bien sécurisé. l'accès est très facile et les instructions très claires. tout est pensé pour que le séjour se déroule bien. l'accès à la plage et au très sympatique 70's est facile. nous recommandons vraiment. nous aimerions sincèrement y revenir. l'endroit est idéalement situé pour visiter le parc de la Teide et les villes de La Laguna et de Santa Cruz. il est près de l'aéroport Reina Sofia mais nous n'entendons ni ne voyons aucun avion. quand on arrive fin de journée c'est donc parfait Maya est réactive et accueillante. elle a à cœur que ses hôtes passent un excellent séjour et c'est réussi

The contact with Fernando was great. The house was amazing, especially the view on the sea. Everything was clean. You need a car to go there, but it's worth it!

Apartament identyczny jak na zdjęciach, przepiękny widok na ocean, czysto, wszystko co potrzebne było dostępne. Jest też waga, co ułatwia pakowanie walizek;) Bardzo blisko sklep spożywczy Dino. Dużo baz nurkowych w najbliższej okolicy, restauracja w porcie też niezła. Woda w oceanie przezroczysta i nawet sporo ryb do obserwacji:) Zdecydowanie polecamy i z dużym prawdopodobieństwem skorzystamy ponownie:) Bozena i Piotr

My stay at this apartment was very enjoyable! The place met all my expectations – it was well-equipped and had everything I needed to feel comfortable. The great view is definitely a highlight and adds a lot of charm to the place. The location is convenient, but it’s worth noting that having a car is recommended, as the bus stop and larger shops are quite far away. Communication with the host was smooth and hassle-free. I highly recommend this apartment for both short and longer stays! I will definitely return on my next visit. 😊

José was a superb host who met us at the property entrance and explained everything to us. The property has an underground car park with 2 exclusive spaces, and there is also easy street parking if you prefer. The apartment is very large and comfortable with roof terrace furniture. Everything has been thought of for a lovely relaxing holiday. The whole complex is very well maintained. It is very quiet and totally secure
