Beautiful property. We had a family stay and enjoyed every second of it! For sure one of the most beautiful backyards in San Agustinillo with an amazing view of the ocean.

This place was perfect for our trip! It’s just a short walk from the beach and has a beautiful view. The host gave us great recommendations for nearby beaches, which helped us enjoy the area even more. The location is also very convenient, close to supermarkets and good restaurants. The place was very cozy, everything was clean and just as described. We’d definitely stay here again!

Patrick was a great host, we enjoyed staying at his place and he offered so much insight into the area. The apartment was private and safe and we were very happy to have access to a kitchen. We enjoyed walking around Pluma and he pointed us in the right direction for the best coffee and a good restaurant. The bed is comfortable and the bedroom dark, of course there is the obligatory roosters in the morning, but with ear plugs we slept very well. It is centrally located so we could easily walk to get groceries, fruit and veg and of course coffee. We would definitely stay with Patrick again if we were in the area.

It is a great place, very central and close to the main beach, comfortable and easy to access, it matches the photographs and descriptions. A good place to get to know and enjoy Zipolite

A wonderful stay from start to finish. The apartment was immaculate—clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with modern touches throughout. The host was exceptional: incredibly responsive, attentive, and genuinely helpful with any questions or needs. The property itself is stunning, and the pool area is absolutely beautiful—perfect for relaxing. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will absolutely stay here again.

The apartment is clean and spacious enough for two. We loved hanging out on the large balcony hearing the waves crash. The place is about a 18 minute walk to the Zipolite strip which we did even at night and felt safe. Thanks Martha for the great hospitality.

Very well located, 2 blocks from the beach and the ranch where it is located very well cared for. Outside the door is the stop of several local transport routes and nearby beaches. We would definitely come back.

Excellent place in every way, we would definitely come back. Mariana and Alejandro were always attentive and although there was a hurricane, the place was the best refuge and the hosts behaved accordingly. Thank you very much.

The place is very nice and very easy to locate, communication with the host was excellent. The only thing I don't 100% like was that in the check out instructions you have to pick up all the garbage from the place when you're supposed to pay for the cleaning fee.

The accommodation was nice, in addition to being inside the Camino Real hotel and you can use the facilities as well as the pool and its beach, which is very quiet and close to restaurants and bars, as well as convenience stores and pharmacies, it takes a while to respond but it does resolve the doubts, my family and I enjoyed the stay a lot.

The place is more spacious than what can be seen in photos. It's just as it says, a few steps from the beach. The center of the village is a few minutes away and around the accommodation there are several shops and places to eat or, if not, the kitchen is suitable for cooking something simple. Breakfast, a drink or cooling off on the balcony overlooking the sea is unparalleled, you can watch the sunrise/sunset from the room. The host was always attentive to our requests and needs. He supported us from the moment we arrived in the village, since the transport left us in the center of it and he helped us to move to the Airbnb more comfortably and quickly, as well as when we left. We made some requests and everything was favorable. We will definitely return to the place.

We felt so comfortable, at home! The beaches very close, the area very quiet, I took my grandma in a wheelchair and it was very easy access with the apartment, everything very nice and elegant. I would definitely come back.

We had a great stay at Austin's condo. It was very well equipped, including items to use at the beach! The private splash pool was so welcome at the end of a hot day. The unit was clean, the main bedroom bed super comfortable, and the A/C worked great. The resort itself was beautiful, staff were friendly & helpful & the beach was amazing. Short walk to local restaurants & stores All communication with Agustin was good & he responded very quickly. We would definitely stay at Austin's place again if we return to Huatulco again.

Raquel's place was perfect for us! Quite spacious and comfortable. It had many amenities: beach towels, umbrellas, toys... The pool was super nice and the location very convenient. Thank you for everything!

Comfortable, spacious and very well equipped apartment- all good quality and clean. The pool also large enough to swim there and not just to relax. In the immediate vicinity there is a small supermarket and a few restaurants. The beach of Tangolunda is a 5-10 minute walk (either through a hotel, or past a campsite). You can quickly get to the center of Crucecita by taxi. Very friendly staff at the reception.

We took a small group of friends to enjoy this beautiful location. The beautiful rustic outdoor kitchen overlooking the beach was awesome. And the ability to walk out of your room and be on the beach in 20 steps was a huge plus! We enjoyed nightly bonfires and the sound of the waves. We’ll probably book again in the future.
