Vincent’s condo in Huatulco is lovely. It is new, sparkling clean and tastefully decorated. The pool and deck area are also clean. In fact, the entire complex is very well cared for. My husband and I had to suddenly move from our first apartment in Huatulco. Vincent was very friendly and extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in several hours early. He also gave our daughter and her husband and late check out when they left a few days after us. Vincent’s apartment is well situated and in a very quiet area. It is about a 20 minute walk to La Crucecita and many excellent restaurants. There are also several different pickleball courts in area which was a real bonus! In addition, there are many beaches to choose from that are just are an affordable cab ride away. We enjoyed our stay in Huatulco and Vincent’s condo very much. We will be back soon!

Pasamos unos días muy cómodos.

Un espacio muy agradable! Tanto el departamento como el area común idéales para mi familia. Muy considerados con lo que necesitaba… sobre todo porque viajamos con un bebe de menos de 2 años. La ubicación está buenísima! Todo a menos de 15 min en taxi. (El aeropuerto a 20 min! Chulada!) En verdad nos sentimos muy cómodos en el espacio. Fue el lugar correcto para nosotros en estas vacaciones 🙏🏼

Sin duda alguna es como estar en casa o incluso mejor, está realmente cerca de la playa, muy accesible el buen Dan, es un lugar que cuenta con todo lo que necesitas, lo recomendaré ampliamente y sin duda espero regresar a la brevedad .

Raquel's place was perfect for us! Quite spacious and comfortable. It had many amenities: beach towels, umbrellas, toys... The pool was super nice and the location very convenient. Thank you for everything!

From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The place was spotless, just like in the photos. The location is excellent, with easy access to everything we needed, and the neighborhood felt very safe. The host was super attentive, responded quickly to any questions, and made us feel right at home. The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped, and the Wi-Fi worked great. We would definitely stay here again. It was a 10/10 experience. Thank you for everything!

Casa Ebano is a treasure. The home is absolutely gorgeous, and the views overlooking the beach from the terrace are breathtaking! It is only a 1/2 mile walk to the beach, but is a very steep and bumpy dirt road. The beach and swimming definitely worth it! We highly recommend having the caretaker, Paco and his wife, Yolanda, cook for you! They prepared us a fabulous fish dinner! We like our stay and you will, too! .

Casa muito boa, com tudo que precisa para se hospedar muito bem em Huatulco. Perto de restaurantes e mercados, é com muita privacidade. Os anfitriões são pessoas maravilhosas , nos ajudaram muito . Com certeza voltaremos a ficar aqui.

Tuvimos una estancia maravillosa. La piscina fue increíble, ideal para relajarse y disfrutar. El master bedroom, al estar separado de la casa principal, le da un toque especial: es acogedor y ofrece una privacidad excelente. Todo estuvo perfectamente pensado para una experiencia cómoda y placentera. ¡Sin duda lo recomendamos!

Awesome stay at this beautiful modern home. My wife and I stayed here for 8 days to warm up after a trip to chilly Chihuahua. We really enjoyed the open design of the kitchen and dining area right next to the pool. We spent most of our time in or by the pool. The home is in a gated community and feels safe and very private. It has 3 bedrooms and plenty of beds to sleep in if you have a big family or share the rental with friends. You are close to downtown area and nice places to eat but you probably need a taxi or just rent a car. We ended up just stopping at the grocery store and stocking up on food and drinks for our stay. We had a very nice relaxing time and would definitely stay here again which is something we look forward to.

This house offers a luxurious and comfortable stay with spacious rooms, private bathrooms, air conditioning, and an impressive swimming pool, all within a secure, gated neighborhood. The hosts are kind and accommodating, having waived extra charges this time, but guests should review the electricity policy regarding kilowatt limits before booking. Overall, it’s highly recommended and worth every penny for a relaxing and secure getaway.

Nos encantó!!! Disfrutamos mucho de la instancia, está ubicada con una de las mejores vistas hacia la Bahía de Santa Cruz!!! El departamento tiene todo! Que no necesitas nada más!! Y Marisol super atenta y pendiente que todo marche bien!!

Excelente lugar para ir en familia, la zona es muy tranquila y bien ubicado, el centro queda a 5 min en carro. Los anfitriones son muy amables y accesibles y sin duda el lugar es igual al de las fotos.

Hermoso lugar. Muy limpio y ordenado. es tal cual se describe. Tanto el apartamento como las areas comunes muy bonitas. equipado con todo lo.necesario. Lo unico incomodo seria el autobus con musica que pasa constantemente en las noches hasta media noche aproximadamente, pero es algo que se escapa del control del edificio. El estacionamiento es en la calle pero no batallamos para nada en encontrar lugar para aparcar. Esperamos volver!!

Excelente nuestra visita! Es un lugar espectacular con vista muy bella! Fuimos toda la familia y mis hijos disfrutaron dia y noche las albercas y toda la flora y fauna alrededor. Facil acceso a la playa el arrocito y la comida del restaurant en la playa muy rica. Muy buena comunicacion para el check in y todo en general. Los guardias dentro del Residencial muy amables. Esperamos volver muy pronto! Que bello es Oaxaca

Excelente lugar sin duda alguna volvería muy recomendable todo muy bien la alberca fue lo q más nos gustó muy limpia...la ubicación muy buena y la casa muy bien solo el aire acondicionado del comedor!! solo funciono el primer día y la verdad los ventiladores no refrescaban lo suficiente y hace falta una plancha también pero todo lo demás super bien y sin duda volveríamos !!! tiene todo para sentirte como en casa...

I stayed at Jesse's lovely condo with a friend in April 2025. Jesse had requested our flight information prior to our arrival and was waiting for us at the condo when we arrived, giving us a nice, warm welcome, which included a 6-pack of cold cervezas - a nice touch! Throughout our visit Jesse was readily available by text to provide restaurant and activity recommendations and respond to any question or request. The condo was clean, had all the necessary amenities and was the perfect size for 2 adults. The pool was a nice bonus, as was the sweet and affectionate resident cat, Max, who was a frequent visitor. The condo is conveniently located within walking distance of Playa Santa Cruz and many wonderful restaurants, and is a short cab ride from Playa La Entrega. La Cucecita, and other locations of interest. Although there is construction going on in the vicinity of the condo, there was no excessive noise or issues related to this. I would happily return to Jesse's condo!
