Planet House Apt2 Sunny 1 BR flat. Great location

This is a beautiful legally registered property, with great views and wonderful fresh ocean breeze. Our apartment is located two blocks away from Charles Darwin Avenue. Guests can enjoy a leisurely walk to main attractions like the Charles Darwin Research Station and beach, great restaurants, cafés, shops, dive shops, tour operators and more. Great option for guests seeking flexibility, comfort and good value. The bedroom has AC, however the living area only benefits from a nice sea breeze.

Bright Garden Bungalow in a quiet neighborhood.

Sunshine filled, bright garden suite, next to the entrance to the Galapagos National Park and the Charles Darwin Station, and a few blocks away from some of the best restaurants, art galleries and bars in town. Located on the far end of one of Puerto Ayora's main streets, accessible to the road but removed enough to be isolated from the urban noise. An AC cools the suite when needed in the warmer months, and it’s screened windows are the alternative as well .

Accommodation close to places for breakfast, lunch and dinner. When I arrived, the accommodation was clean and Randy allowed me to enter an hour before check-in. I felt it close to several places. If you like hiking, you can walk from the accommodation to Playa Tortuga Bay. The Lagoon of the Nymphs is also nearby.

I started and ended my journey at the Galapagos here and was so happy with this place and Aaron. It’s a great spot right off the main road but not too close where there’s tons of traffic. Aaron was super helpful with recommendations, checking in and out, and taxis I didn’t have to worry about anything. There’s tons of space outside of your room it’s like a little oasis. There’s a little counter for coffee, tea and drinking water. Rooms get cleaned everyday and refreshed. The AC is great and quick when you turn it on. Sometimes I had leftovers from dinner and I could store and reheat my food which is so nice. Never had an issue with the WiFi. I would love to stay again. It was really hard to leave.

I had an excellent stay at Lorenas's place. It was exactly what I was looking for, a one bedroom unit with a private bathroom and kitchen. Location is across the stadium which could be loud at times if they are having a game but it didn't really bother me. It takes about 20min to walk to the center, the mercado is on the way where they sell great empanada and plate of tripas which are a must try! There are a few restaurants right outside the house with menu el dia. Ac, kitchen, shower all worked great and bed was comfortable. I left to another island and when returning, I stayed with her again. Lorena is kind, generous and funny! The second time, I stayed at the other listing (room inside her home). Honestly felt like I was staying at a family's home. You can also purchase ferry tickets through Lorena when traveling to the other islands. Definitely recommend! 🥰❤️

What an open peaceful space! The porch was spectacular and we spent a lot of time sitting out there. It was an easy walk to almost anything. The AlMar restaurant was a three minute walk with delicious food and drinks as well as being right on the water. We loved how open and airy the space was and the air conditioning was much appreciated especially for sleeping! Thank you to Matthew for meeting us and answering all our questions!

We really enjoyed our stay at Octavia's place! Everything was just as advertised. Clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and everything worked. The beds were comfortable. Lots of space. The kitchen had everything we needed. Linens were clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were clean with lots of space. The apartment is in a great location. Walkable to anything you might want to do while in Puerto Ayora. Octavia/July are very nice and very responsive. Great place to stay while in Puerto Ayora, Santa Cruz!

Beautiful Suite with sea view and private terrace

Absolutely amazing place to stay. Great communication before our stay and check in via the Hotel Cucuve was brilliant. The room is large and very clean with a comfortable large bed. The private terrace and use the of Hotel Cucuve sea side lounge area was a big plus, watching sharks, rays, turtles and birds whilst having a morning coffee. Amazing! It’s next to the Bahia Mar restaurant which we used several times (good value set menu lunch). We stayed 5 nights and would have loved to stay longer as we found the accommodation private yet close to the amenities in Puerto Ayora. It’s a short walk to the marina to get the ferries or day trips. We would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a land based visit to Santa Cruz and would love to return again one day. Thanks Claudia.
