Holiday rentals with a patio in Puerto Cayo

1. Ademar and Ashley are excellent hosts: super friendly + responsive + attentive + helpful. 2. The photos of the apartment are accurate and it has everything needed for long-term stay + tasteful design + private balcony. 3. The apartment is well located (best area in Montañita in my opinion). Quieter area + restaurants, cafes, markets are within short walking distance + very close to main road through town for easy taxi/bus access. 4. Highlight for me was the ability to use the bikes - perfect town for getting around on a bike. This place is 5 star! I highly recommend and hope to have another extended stay in the near future.

I had a wonderful stay in Montanita! I stayed for 6 weeks and absolutely loved everything about this town and this home. It is so close to the hustle and bustle of everything, but also tucked away in the back of the apartment complex so it feels like its own oasis. There is also a locked gate to the property so I always felt safe. The home had everything you could need and the outdoor area was my favorite place to just hang out, play guitar and relax. Frances was so kind and it always made my day when I would bump into her, she lives on property as well. There was a person who came and cleaned my apartment every 2 weeks which was a great perk as well. I loved Montanita, it will forever have a special place in my heart. Thanks for everything!

What can I say… all the other reviews on Brandt’s space say it all. I just wish I had a few more days. Great space & energy. The dogs also are wonderful. I will be back :-)

One of the best places we've stayed in Ayampe. It is impressive that on one side you have views of the sea and on the other side of a complete forest. The space in the cottage is spacious and comfortable. Perfect place to relax and unwind

Excellent stay in Ligüiqui! The place is perfect for relaxing and enjoying in the company of family or friends. It is surrounded by nature, with a very quiet and fresh atmosphere. The pool was ideal for relaxing, and we also took advantage of the grill a lot. The air conditioning and wifi worked smoothly, which made everything even more comfortable. Undoubtedly, a cozy and well-equipped space. Highly recommended and eager to come back!

The suite was spotless, beautiful and well equipped. The beach is less than 30 meters away and is a very good location near food spots. Laura was very attentive to everything for messages and was very kind. We would definitely come back ✨️

We loved our stay at this property! The house is comfortable and well-equipped, and the surroundings are simply stunning. The only thing to keep in mind is that access can be a bit difficult, especially if you have a low vehicle. But don't be discouraged, because the experience is amazing.

Excellent place to go as a family

I'd go back in a heartbeat! I loved it. Beautiful apartment, balcony, surroundings, service, everything! Note: for access, consider some steps. Nothing complex.

The stay was very cozy and above all the outside area filled us with relaxation. Having breakfast outdoors was phenomenal. Inside, the house has all the comforts and technology. It is well located to be not only in Olon but to be able to visit Montañita or Ayampe. The hosts' responses were always immediate.

Had a great stay at this place. The location couldn’t be better, literally footsteps from the point. One of the highlights? Ramon, the resident pig! He roams around and adds such a unique, charming vibe. Fernanda, the home owner, was absolutely lovely — she made sure it was a comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

Super recommended. The house is wonderful has everything you need for your stay, Great location, you can walk to the beach and have a spectacular view. Ricardo was super attentive to our arrival and our stay, helping us with everything we needed. I loved the house and the place would certainly always come back.

Wow! Nicest Airbnb we have stayed at. House was only a few months from completed construction. Beautiful! The pictures accurately represent the stay. The inside of the house is just as nice as outside. Grateful to John for letting us stay at such short notice. Any time we had trouble he personally came over. There is a family that manages the property too and they are really great and helpful. Joel even took our family pictures on the beach! THIS IS A MUST STAY and an even BETTER PRICE!

the house is nice with a garden view in a gated community, its located less then 5 minutes from the beach and about 15 minutes walk to Olon . Juan responds quickly and is helpful definitely recommended

We can in off season and it was our own private pool and beach! It’s a short drive to Montañita and in a gated complex with security. I felt very safe and slept super well with the sounds of the waves outside our window. We would definitely stay there again!

Everything that you need is there including rechargeable batteries that are in the wall it’s just the most lovely place and so convenient to the beach within a few steps of walking with everything there well maintained no problems with any devices and has all the appliances

Cozy apartment and well located.

It's a very nice place, just like you can see in the photos. Very private, very quiet, people are friendly, there are good places to eat and everything is close by. I went with my girlfriend and we had a great time, I would definitely come back!
