Muy recomendada esta propiedad. Cercana a la playa (se puede ir a pie), tiendas y restaurantes. La casa cuenta con una piscina nueva y un muy buen kiosko con asador, ideal para un buen asado. En cuanto a los apartamentos, tienen cocina muy bien equipadas, cuartos con aire acondicionado y las camas muy cómodas. Esperamos volver pronto!

This was one of the best places I’ve stayed at in port of Columbia. Great view great room sizes very friendly staff and parking if needed. The pool is awesome with a great view also close to local shops pharmacy and easy to get transportation.

Un lugar que es tal cual las fotos, muy buena experiencia, la cocina tenía muchas cosas para usar, a pasos de la playa y del muelle 1888. Recomendaría quedarse acá.

Muy buen alojamiento, muy cómodo y limpio y hay mucho que hacer en la zona, además es súper tranquila y bonita.

El apartamento de sr David está súper bien ubicado, queda muy cerca a la playa varios restaurantes cercanos pizzerías ricas, d1 y ara muy cerca, también está la zona de comida de la playa un excelente lugar El transporte a Barranquilla es muy fácil y al centro del puerto también Queda cerca al faro el cual tiene un malecón muy lindo Sin duda regresaría a quedarme en este apartamento Gracias Sr David por su estadía

Excelente alojamiento, el señor Romny muy amable y servicial. Nos ayudó a guiarnos a los lugares a donde queríamos ir. Adicionalmente nos ayudó con la mascota que llevábamos para no dejar sola a los lugares donde no podía ingresar.

Great place for large groups. Staff were extremely helpful and attentive to needs / requests. For example, one day the AC wasn't working and within an hour they had a brand new unit installed working great! Would definitely stay again... Highly recommend 'Paradise Beach' restaurant down the street.. calamari and cevichez FANTASTIC!!!!! Thanks John!

La verdad la pasé excelente con la familia y Leonardo fue una persona especial con nosotros siempre atento y servicial me encantó la verdad este sitio espero volver aquí pronto 🙏🏼

La casa es tal cual las fotos, esta en perfecto estado, la vista desde todos los sitios de la casa es increíble (habitaciones y zonas sociales), esta muy bien equipada y es una zona tan tranquila que alcanzas a escuchar las olas del mar, tanto Ernesto como Angela (Persona que nos ayudo en la cocina) fueron muy amables y estuvieron siempre atentos, la casa es 100% recomendada para ir a disfrutar en familia o amigos.

We have really enjoyed our stY. Communication with Rosanna was great. We had Holanda cook and clean and that was a great additional aervice. We rented kite gear deom Kite Colombia , Gifi is his name. Great service and gear. We t kitesurfing at Salinha de Rhey good spot! Beaches are ersosing which will be a peoblem. Beach house was great, neighbourhood was quiet. Raw coasl line. Pure. jose was helping with everyting in and around the house. Perfect stay for a few days kitesurfing. Restaurant wmpty and we had lovely dinner at the house which was prepared by Holanda!

Alvaro’s place blew our minds, very well above our expectations. The place is very spacious, amazing decoration, beach front, pool, etc. Great place for a peaceful stay in front of the beach, amazing for kitesurfers. Salinas del Rey kitesurfing center is just 10 mins away.

This is such an amazing apartment that has everything you need to feel at home. It is very centrally located in a great neighborhood and also very close to all the main areas of Baranquilla. The apartment is pristine, exactly as described, and fully stocked. The bed is extremely comfortable, there are big TVs in the bedroom and living room, good AC in both the living room and bedroom, and has fast WiFi. There is a pool / common area on the roof which was nice to go relax in. Even in the hot Baranquilla weather, the roof / pool area has plenty of wind to feel refreshing. Also, Vanesa who was our host and main point of contact is extremely helpful, welcoming, sweet and always attentive. She made sure I had everything I needed and very quick to respond whenever I messaged her. Her hospitality is top notch and I just want to thank her for making us feel right at home.

I had a wonderful stay! I felt very safe and secure in the apartment and the views were absolutely stunning. The vibe was just perfect – relaxing and comfortable. I was also very impressed that the kitchen had everything I needed to cook all my meals, and the fridge with the automatic ice maker was a definite plus! The wifi was super fast, which made it easy to get work done. I would definitely recommend this place!

Nice location! We enjoyed our stay there. Mario and his father are great hosts who gave us good recommendations for the area, and responded always very quickly and friendly. The place is calm and only a few meters to walk to the beach. The beach is clean and comparably quiet. You can eat at small restaurants at the beach or take a InDrive to the town center where you can find some restaurants and a supermarket. Only downside is that the beach restaurants close at about 6pm, but you can ask Mario for contacts of local restaurants who deleliver food. The apartment had a kitchen with minimal equipment and some spices, which was totally fine for our needs. It's also nice that you can smoke everywhere. The rest of the equipment was as described. The bad review about the aggressive dogs can't be confimed, but if you are afraid of dogs i think Mario will keep them away while your there. The surfaces in bath and kitchen could be cleaner but totally within range. We will visit again sometime!

Maravilloso lugar, cumplió las expectativas y las superó. Tranquilo, confortable , seguro y privado, en nuestro caso, el Apto de José tiene todo lo que buscábamos para disfrutar de unos días estupendos en familia, la tranquilidad y privacidad, insuperables. Recomendado totalmente. Ya lo extrañamos. Esperamos poder volver pronto.

El lugar es cómodo, tiene acceso directo a la playa, al lado de la puerta principal hay un kiosco donde se consigue buena comida a un excelente precio, nos entregaron recomendaciones de la zona y estuvieron al pendiente, buen sitio para descansar y disfrutar del mar cerca de Barranquilla
