Beautiful loft with all you need private

It is a separate space, a loft, private with key, in a historic old building, completely renovated. Exceptional location and lots of charm, the decor is Nordic style with fir wood floors, give warmth, comfort and create a cozy atmosphere, is the second floor, with ceilings of 5 meters high which is where the loft is located. I live on the same floor and share door to the floor but the loft is a space, independent and private key exclusively for guest use.

A modern kitchen area features a sleek white countertop with a gas stove and a decorative bowl of oranges. Expansive windows provide panoramic views of the cityscape, allowing natural light to fill the spacious open plan living area.

Loft apartment in the heart of Cadiz's old town. A walk from all the points of interest. Ideal for couples or four people. With all the amenities. Air conditioning, Wifi, Led TV (2), kitchen with dishwasher, oven, induction, washing machine, etc. Top quality. Spectacular bathroom. Two large double beds, one of them at a different height and all in an open space. See photos. I don't think you'll find anything better located and better value for money.
